What a great bunch of guys. Went in today looking to buy a new road bike and they took the time to compare a number of brands and frames for me in both price, spec, and geometry. Ended up placing an order because they found the perfect bike for me. Super friendly and helpful. Can strongly recommend whether you're looking for your first bike or a high end bike.

Adrian replied to my initial query via email really quickly and was extremely helpful and very patient with someone who doesn't know very much about bikes ! The customer service from first contact right through to delivery of the item was first class.

Bought a bike for my son . They took the time to to see what he wanted and what is suitable for him . Made a 6 year old feel special and listened to . Was so impressed came back months later to buy one for myself . Now I just need to tell the wife that I blew the budget . When she wants an upgrade will be going back .

These guys always go above and beyond to satisfy even the smallest request, most recently Andrew assisted me with a replacement seat and post for a balance bike, no other bike shop in southern Tas could be bothered. A truly great LBS 👍🏻

Perfect service, responsiveness and helpfulness. Sometimes they are busy, but it pays to wait. A touch expensive, but so are all bike shops in Hobart. These guys know their stuff.

Friendly customer service. They not only sell good bikes but also give you the best idea regarding your bike purchase. They also have workshop for repairing your bike. Its a compl store of bike and other accessories. If you need any tools for your bicycle/bike you can buy it from here. Highly recommended. They are the best for this sort of service in Eastern Shore.

Very impressive friendly service here. One the the guys applied some dry lube to my chain, instantly eliminating annoying squeaks. Great stuff! A very good range of bikes and gear too.

We recently bought a Norco Mountain Bike from Ride Bellerive. Ocasionally, the chain kept jumping of the front chain ring. The staff went out of their way to contact Suntour and organise a different front chain ring. They also disassembled, cleaned and greased the suspension fork to make it more sensitive for me. On top of that they attached a chain guide entirely free of charge. They also called us several times to keep us up to date with the proccess. We were very impressed with the service and their effort and would recommend them any time. Great shop!

I bought a bike 18 months ago, and Ride has serviced it twice for me, and also had some service for my sons bike. I cannot recommend these guys enough, always friendly, great advice. Thanks guys!!

Purchased a Cervelo S3 which, delaminated a front wheel, the shop and Cervelo distributor replaced both wheels and upgraded to a much better wheel set. Service is always outstanding, very reliable, trusted expertise.

Great service from the staff. Professional, friendly, know their stuff. Thought I had centre bracket bearing fault. They found it was just a bent pedal and replaced it in a flash. Fantastic.

This business has always gone above and beyond to help me out. Whether it is coming out to my car to grab my deflated wheelchair wheels for repair or talking about all things riding. Great business and great people!
