Ranger Electrical Group has been absolutely fantastic. Ben and his crew are super responsive. They do a thorough job, and they're very neat and tidy. They also have excellent communication. Highly recommend them.

We commissioned Ben to carry out various minor works throughout the house: heat lamps & extract fans in bathrooms, heated towel rails, wall panel heaters, light switches and upgrade to the switchboard. Ben provided a high quality professional service right the way through the process, good advice, quick to respond to requests and happy to deal with all my various last minute changes. His guys Harry & Caleb were careful & respectful in the work they did. Overall very happy with the service and will have Ben carry out further work for us soon. Highly recommended!

Ben organised our work to be done so quickly. The guys who came to do a few jobs around the house were excellent. They were so friendly easy to communicate with and handled the job well. It wasn’t easy in the roof we have! So we’ll done guys!

I'll preface this by saying I do not normally write reviews but It would genuinely be a disservice to the community not to spread the word about Ranger Electrical.

We were quite despondent having had a different electrician 'ghost' us so I was impressed when the first thing Ben did was ask me for a copy of a building report I mentioned in my email - taking the job seriously right from the first moment.

Ranger Electrical proceeded to provide us with an estimate right away.

The estimate arrived and I'm ready for the traditional bill shock...but I genuinely thought it was so reasonable that I accepted it straight away and didn't even bother to shop around. I was impressed when Ranger advised me that work could start promptly at 08:30 am a few days later.

Well I couldn't believe my eyes when Ranger Electrical showed up at 8:29 AM with everything needed for the job and ready to start.

Both electricians were true professionals. Showing utmost courtesy, even asking where best to park, taking shoes off and even asking permission to enter the house or use the bathroom.

I noticed they stopped work at about 4:15pm.. aha I thought 'early knock off' - fair enough they start early and it's been a long day. But I couldn't be more wrong. I then witnessed both electricians clean every part of the house - vacuuming, wiping skirting boards, benches - even parts they hadn't had anything to do with! I actually think our house was cleaner when they left then before they started?!

The invoice arrives promptly and it is exactly as per the estimate and in full alignment with our expectations. Money well spent.

Honestly; as a fellow small business owner; I understand the challenges more than most - but Ranger Electrical did an absolutely faultless job and I could not recommend them more 15/10.

All-round great experience, from initial contact to the end of job. Due to other renovation work, there was a two month period between the rough in and the installation of the lights and outlets. Ben returned to the job, as promised, without any issues. He also offered input into placement of the lights and tidied up after the work was completed. I also witnessed his positive and encouraging interaction with a 'school experience kid' he had on site. I'd thoroughly recommend Ben and will be engaging him for future renovation work I have in the pipeline.

Ben and his team provide a 10 out of 10 service. Ranger electrical are extremely responsive, reasonably priced and provide an excellent outcome.
I was provided with excellent service which was efficient and tailored to suit my needs. For example, I had a smoke alarm that required fixing and Ben came first thing the following day. He quickly identified the issue and arrange for it to be fixed immediately and communicated this and the associated cost.
I also had lights installed in my home. Ben’s team worked quickly and efficiently to avoid any disturbance and provided solutions without a fuss.
I would highly recommend Ben and his team for any electrical work. They are reliable, provide quality service with excellent communication.
