Just been to collect a cake I ordered a fortnight ago for a big birthday Celebration tonight At the time of ordering I explained that I would need to collect by 10.30am as I am driving north for the party. I was advised that this was no problem it would be ready . Yep you guessed it, it was not ready . This is inexcusable. I now have to try and find another cake to serve to 22 people by tonight. I would not trust them to do a cake for me ever again.
