Given 3 stars is because I still really enjoy the product of dusk. And I have no problems at other dusk shop.However Unfortunately this rating was due to the poor customer service experience here.

Did not feel any comfortable at all when shop here.

I visited the store yesterday afternoon. There were no welcome or greet or question "how can i help...?" from the staffs. They were just chatting to each other. Looking to buy some stuffs but there was no support so i just left

Worst customer service. Shame on you. The staff are racist.Will never put my feet in that store. Before I came in, there were several customers(local people), the staff were like very friendly and nice. After I walked in, they totally ignored me. That’s fine, I just looked and picked several products by myself because I thought they were busy at whatever they were doing. THEN, other customers (local people)came in, they immediately said hi and asked others if they need any help. I was planning to pay but after I saw how they treated me, I put down all the products I picked and left. I swear I will never buy anything from dusk.
