Sept 2022: Still going strong! The team at Scotch and Soda Hobart are always welcoming and friendly. Recently, Jingpei assisted in a purchase of some footwear that needed to be ordered in. He arranged a Floor to Door order, and the boots arrived in less than 24 hours to my office. That's service and many companies could learn a thing or two from this store and it's team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nov 2021. Scotch & Soda has added to Hobart's fashion scene, especially with the addition of their Menswear range to Hobart. They are a breath of fresh air for guys around the state by offering styles few other retailers offer. A credit too to Yufei, who is always lovely and willing to assist.

My hubby & I were drawn in by the stylish, funky & cheerful clothes. Big thanks to the exceptional service from Jingpei. He is just so kind & friendly & genuinely wants the shopper to have a successful & happy shopping experience. The other assistants were all very cheerful too.

Do not purchase a gift voucher.
I bought a family member a voucher online for Christmas after clarifying with a store in Melbourne that it could be used in-store. This was also stated when purchasing the voucher via the website. I waited 24 hours for the voucher to be emailed before calling the customer helpline and being told that there was a problem with the voucher issuing process and that it would be sent manually. It was then told to me that anyone else facing the same problem would also need to make a phone call before it was rectified.
Weeks later, my family member attended the Hobart store intending to use the voucher and was told by staff that the voucher I had gifted him was seven years old(?!) and could not be redeemed. The issue was then escalated to a general manager who allowed the clothing items the voucher was to be used for to be collected several days later.
