We recently had the pleasure of visiting an amazing cafe in Hobart, and we must say, the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable breakfast experience.

Really nice place. We got nice service and amazing food there. The staff there are nice and kind. Beef noodle soup is so amazing. Egg benny with crispy bacon is delicious. We make a wonderful memory in Abel Land. We will come back again.

Was in search of some late morning food before departing Hobart and stumbled upon Abel Land. Intention was to have a breakfast type dish but could not go past a bowl of Taiwanese beef noodles. Delightfully surprised and satisfied! If you're after something different, this is the place to be👍

Wonderful cosy decor, delicious coffee from an enthusiast - great for Sunday morning brunch. Make this a longer stop on your Hobart tour and enjoy the atmosphere in this Hong Kong, Vietnamese, Chinese run cafe. Was so looking forward to the Eggs Benedict this reviewer forgot to photograph the delivered dish - so you will have to visit to see what you are missing! It was delicious!!!

It's the small things that can give one so much joy....like the perfectly cooked bacon and egg roll at Abel Land Cafe. At last, a cafe chef who knows how to cook bacon. I asked for crunchy bacon and that's what I got. Not microwaved or deep fried or oven cooked. Proper pan fried, caramelised, crunchy on the edges, bacon. Thank you for making my day. Also the customer service and friendly manner was exemplary. I'll be back!

Cute little cafe with a good selection of drinks and food. Lots of non-dairy milk options for coffee amd tea. Pleasant and helpful staff!

I’ve been here a couple of times now for a working lunch, and both times the service from Manish has been top notch!

As someone who can’t tolerate garlic/onion, I’m often left with no options, but Manish helped me find one and omg! The tofu Bao Bun was delish. So beautifully presented… it sure put a smile on my dial 😊

So so so glad that I have found this place this time visiting Hobart! I’m originally from Taiwan and have been living in Perth for years. The homemade Taiwanese pancake brought me back to my childhood!! The DanDan noodles are a bit more fancier than usual DanDan noodles but it’s very flavorful. The pouched egg took the dish to another level as well.

Will definitely come back next time when I visit again!

An awesome lunch spot, great for Taiwanese food! The pork bao buns are delicious and best I’ve ever tasted, sweet potato donuts are also delicious. My go-to is the rice dish with pork belly, great for a filling and tasty meal. Atmosphere is perfect, staff are friendly and service is excellent. Absolutely recommended

Stopped over for a quick lunch. Really good food, and the staff were lovely. We had some really nice tea and the pork belly just melted in your mouth. 👍👍

A beautiful small cafe with delicious asian fusion menus. We ordered Taiwanese homemade burito and house made paprika gua bao. Both are very tasty. In additon, they made good coffee too. We’ll come back trying different menus.

Absolutely inviting atmosphere and excellent fusion food! What a gem in Hobart! We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered, especially the spring onion pancake and sweet potato donut holes. Will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

What a brilliant discovery on our visit to Hobart! Fantastic staff, decor welcoming and a rich in flavour menu. I had the haloumi burrito which was probably one of the best meals I've had in a while! Generous size, wrapped in a brilliant spring onion pancake. Thank you!

We stumbled on this place for lunch during their soft opening phase. We tried the pork belly and tempura burgers and the sweet potato chips (which I would call sweet potato tempura strips) and all were delicious but my favourite would have to be the tempura Burger. I've never tried such a thing before and it was so delicious. Staff are very friendly and attentive and assuming the prices don't go up from the soft launch ($7 burgers) it is very reasonable.

Vietnamese fried chicken and a serve of pork pot stickers with sweet potato chips made a very reasonably priced and extremely tasty lunch. Good service and not too noisy. Dinner menu has a lot of interesting options.

Definitely a must visit if in Hobart!
I stopped by here on a recent trip to Hobart and, on the owner’s recommendation, had the Taipei Beef Noodle Soup - amazing! What a perfect way to start the day on a cold Hobart morning. The staff were super friendly and the coffee was also very good.
