Direct - Rhythm on Beach

I was fortunate to have an extended stay in the penthouse suite recently. The apartment was modern, well equipped & clean. The views are amazing. I could not fault the apartment or Rhythm On Beach staff - they were always so accommodating and actioned requests in a timely manner. Well positioned so close to Ocean Street and a short walk to Cotton Tree. I highly recommend.

We were upgraded from the one bedroom room we booked into a two bedroom on the top floor! There was a note on the second door letting us know not to use the second room without talking to the reception first to pay for use of the room, but we were so happy with the view!
We had a view of the ocean and the mountains.
The unit was clean, organised and had such great amenities.
The pool was a little dirty while we were staying there, but the water was also too cold to want to hang out in it anyway.
Location is great, only a short walk to the plaza or other food/shopping options and close to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again

We enjoyd our holiday to Maroochyadore which was directly attributed to our fabulous 8th floor apartment accommodation. The professional receptionist during office hours was very helpful and pleasant - full marks to her. The house maid(s) catered to our every whim and nothing was too much when asked - huge thank you. However: We shall book again.
Pros:
Apartment location central to cafes, restaurats, shopping centre and
Maroochy RSL.
Great view from apartment to the Maroochy River, Glass House
Mountain and Coolum.
Apartment clean, tidy and well worth the accommodation cost.
Rhythm staff cheerful, pleasant and professional.
Convenient features of the apartment (kitchen size, main bedroom and ensuite good size as well. Washing machine and dryer handy).
Arrival instruction easy to retrieve from drop box container and follow.
Apartment lifts operated speedily - thank you!

Cons:
Trying to follow the underground car park numbering system was a headache. Numbers don't follow 1 through to 100. Instead 1 when to 9 then suddenly 20 appeared then 39. Even folllowing the numbers to the lower ramp sub-basement were not in numerical order. Our car park C69 for the apartment 69 was along side C23 and opposite C31 etc - why?
Dining room wicker chairs became uncomfortable to sit on after a couple of days without a pillow.
Ensuite does not have a shelf in the shower other than a small soap holder on the stem of the shower rose. Those with a lower back problem needed to pick up containers from off the floor. Come on guys, $89.00 from Bunnings!
Shower pressure intermittent. A good shower flow followed poor pressure then repeated throughout the shower use. Water pressure at kitchen sink poor? Not aware of any water restrictions on the Sunshine Coast?
Advertising the apartment online shows a very lengthy lap pool. The actual pool was about 6m x 4m. Not your average lap pool folks.
Some peak hour traffic noise experienced.
No compendium in the apartment?

The service was fabulous on arrival, good price, nice and clean however I would ask to perhaps look at putting a topper on the mattress as we all found the beds hard. We booked 3 rooms and found them to be just lovely. Will definitely be going back so make sure you keep my filé on hand guys. Loved it.

Very easy check in with really helpful lady. The location is close to Maroochy shops and eatery / bars.
Our unit looked mainly towards the hinterland and the view is beautiful. The unit was very modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again

The place is bedding in.

If this was five stars, Netflix and FOXTEL would be included.
No Trolly to take your stuff to your room and concrete dust in the car park.

I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment.
The view North to Mt Coolum is lovely all day and night.

Firstly I would suggest the property to contact guests by message or email about the check-in requirement to pre-register, luckily someone was at the reception to send me a link. Other than the check-in process, the rest of the experience was excellent in this property. My apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Heaters worked very well and wifi was strong. Temperature of showers is the only complain I have for my apartment, which tend to be unstable at times. The location is great as well, very close to 2 malls with plenty of shops and restaurants. This is a great place to stay for families and friends, just make sure you get to pre-register in advance.

We were on the 8th floor nice views, appartment clean and has everything we needed. It was quiet at night.

Rooms were very nice, especially the lounge room with Netflix on the TV! Would stay again.

I stayed here for the first time for my birthday and was so impressed with my room and great value for the night stay I will be going back

Best Place to be at Beach Road ☺

Awesome location, so close to everything. Spacious apartment with good size kitchen and fridge/freezer. TV couldn’t connect probably to our phones or the internet so had trouble with streaming movies. Love the undercover car park included. Good size balcony

Very clean, well serviced accommodation. While not actually on the beach (the name refers to Beach Road) it is an easy 15 minute walk to an ocean beach. It is very convenient for bars and cafes. The room was spacious with modern decor befitting the property. Only quibble is the contactless check-in which was a chore to set up.

We have stayed here a couple of time now and have always found the rooms very clean and tidy, as to the common areas.
The undercover parking is a bit tight, but taking it slow and steady wins the race.
It’s located in a great position to check out the local eats or take a longer walk around to Cotton Tree.

Great location close to plenty of shops, cafes and river - all within a walking distance. Spacious and good value for the price.

The apartment is spacious and beautiful views. Very disappointed in the cleaning standard. Beds made messily, dust on all surfaces, scum around toilet flush button and sinks. sliding door filthy. Sadly the lack of cleaning takes away from the views and the property... Good price. Would give another go here but hope cleaning standard improves.

A very mixed experience here. The rooms were a good size, modern and clean. The view was okay with glimpses of the ocean, but there were some negatives. Neither of the TV's worked for free to air as the cables were missing or broken. The pool was closed for four of the five days we were there and there were other maintenance type issues. Not quite sure if I'd go back or not. Staff were lovely in person though.
