Was thoroughly impressed, almost gobsmacked by the customer service of a bloke in the kids toy section, could not find what i was after but this bloke made it his duty to get me my item. wasn't wearing a nametag but had a trendy looking mullet, good guy, 5 stars just for him

Good store with big range, close to parking in the centre. Also choose to good food court.
Two checkouts, one at the front, one in the centre.
Has got a large items pickup out the back.
Staff are good but the shop is often busy because it's so popular.
Good kids area and big clothing and homewares sections.

I had a great customer service experience today. I was after the Bamboo Step Stool but there weren’t any left on the shelf. I asked a staff member if she knew if they had anymore, and without any trouble, she checked her device and a delivery had just arrived! We made the trek to the opposite end of the store where she went and got one for me from the dock. This lovely was from the Homeware section and her name was Lorna! Thank you Lorna for your helpful friendly service. You’re an asset to the store :)

Got a USB bike light. Exactly what I wanted and the price was right

Kmart have really upped their game.Store layouts are better, fashion has improved slot and homewares.

Love Kmart! Great prices and a massive variety to choose from. The home decor section is definitely worth checking out and for dog lovers there is an extensive range of cute outfits, toys and pet accessories. The book section is a little small but price wise cheaper than any book store.

Easily accessible and helpful staffs.

I am truly overwhelmed by their dedicated staff! I have rarely been so helpful and well served. Especially their student helpers. Phenomenal knowledge of assortment and products!

Shopping at KMart late Friday evening, we were searching for a protein shaker bottle, after a fruitless search we asked a young man named Connor for help. This kid was working his guts out, visibly sweating from his efforts, dropped his huge trolley of stock, got his little hand held computer and searched for us he explained there should be 6 somewhere in the store likely the kitchen section, we responded we looked there with no luck… well Connor came and had a “man” look (a joke we shared with Connor) and he found one for us. This very helpful young man was clearly really busy but did not hesitate to help us and was really lovely to us also. Thank you to Connor for proving my shopping buddy Amy right in her claim KMart never lets you down!!

We often go here for all sorts of goodies. The prices are usually very competitive with a very broad range of products. You always leave this place with more stuff than what you actually came for. This particular shop looks very clean and up to date and is most of the time quite busy. Parking is ample right in front of the shopping centre.

Excellent shopping experience. We got everything we needed in one location. So many shops provide competitive prices. Just make sure you remember where you parked.

Went to kmart this morning. Was served by a young lad named Kaleb. I just want the management to know that he was the nicest kid and his customer services skills where top shelf. ( And no...I don't know this kid.)

What is there to not like about Kmart? Cheap but respectable quality items with a good range from one extreme to another... This Kmart is admittedly one of the better ones I've been to, primarily due to the store layout, the helpfulness of the staff and the overall cleanliness and organisation of the store.

Stock levels on most items seem to always be kept quite high and the seasonal ranges that come in are always something worth checking out.

Just love it! You can get anything there..
Also organising photos online then going in for click & collect always great service & effortless

Great store Friendly staff

Usually pretty busy but always very clean and adequately staffed. Lost a wallet here once and the staff were extremely helpful, looked around for us and contacted us later when they had found it.

Huge store, your can get pretty much everything there. Good customer service, too. But I have to say I sometimes get lost trying to find a specific Item. Also they are sometimes out of stock which can be pretty annoying. Otherwise a good and cheap place to go to get pretty much everything for in and around the house.
