Delicious food, we keep coming back over and over again, this is one of our favourite restaurants on the Sunshine Coast. Perfect for a nice date or special occasion. You must try the chocolate ravioli and you can thank me later 😉

Easy access and parking nearby. Very nice relaxed atmosphere and great service. The waitresses are attentive and friendly.
Food bursts with flavor in every bite. I tried marinated oyster which was perfect. The spaghetti with prawn is very fresh and makes you want to eat more.
The chocolate ravioli surprises with an incredible taste.
The wine list is extensive and of excellent quality.

Great Southern Mediterranean restaurant. Seafood pizza, bruschetta, and pasta were really delicious. It was very similar to the feeling of restaurants in southern Europe. The ice cream I had for dessert was really good, too. I'll be back again.

I so rarely post reviews but this place was just exceptional.
The food was impressive but the service was just top notch. So rarely these days do staff in restaurants make good food a great experience but these guys made our evening.
Great selection of local, Italian and French wines.
Totally recommend if your in Maroochydore. I’ll be back!

This is our first time visiting Cotton Tree and was looking for a nice place to dine for dinner. The local flow didn’t disappoint the whole dining experience was terrific and would highly recommend you visit. You won’t be disappointed

This was a genuinely wonderful experience, every part of our lunch was enjoyable. I cannot recommend them enough. The service was friendly, professional and polite. The food was delicious, fairly portioned and well priced. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean and fit well with the Mediterranean cuisine. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again. Fantastic!

Edit: we went back for Mother's Day brunch and despite us being horribly late and it being quite busy, they were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had plenty of time to ear and enjoy our visit.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner. We were looking for somewhere special that we had not been to before. Local Flow Eatery certainly met all our desires. The wait staff were superb as was the meal and the drinks.

Been enjoying this restaurant for many years now. “Local Flow” only gets better and better. Thank you Nick and Lou for the amazing delicacies that you excel at. The signature crab linguini never fails. Your tapas? Consistent. Delicious. Divine. Pizzaz with a smile! Can’t fault you.

We came in for lunch and the waiters were very friendly and willing to talk. Food was really fantastic and price reasonable.

We took our sons for dinner on their last night of holidays with us. Food, service, wine list were all excellent. As we dined a little later the restaurant was quite empty, which was something I noticed & affected the ambiance slightly - more staff tho to look after us. Yay!

Exceptional food, service and atmosphere. Our waitress ( Bailee) was excellent. Having entree, mains and desserts we can say the quality and presentation of all dishes was impressive

Whenever we stay on the Sunny Coast, 'Local Flow' has always been a favourite dinning destination. We stayed with the tapas selection of the menu last night with dishes of Seared Scallops, Grilled Squid, Spanish sardines, Grilled Mooloolaba prawns, Seafood Ravioli etc. All of these were paired beautifully with restaurant owner Louise's wine recommendation ....This place is not to be missed.

Enjoyed the Local Flow BBQ Seafood Pizza and Roast Pumpkin & Beetroot side, delicious!! Our waitress Miki was a delight, I wish I could give her six stars. Thankyou 🌟

Nice intimate and relaxed restaurant, staff were lovely and did not feel rushed. Food was amazing, their tapas choices are fabulous, the chargrilled prawns to die for. We will definitely be back.

Personal and friendly, we have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant. It used to be Ba Vigo and now it is Local Flow but the experience is the same. Well done to Louise and Nick for what must be some of the tastiest food on the Coast. We tend to concentrate on our favourites, of course, but they are always adding yummy extras that we will try next time. The flavours are simply the best: I’d like to give them 7 stars!
