Friendly pharmacy under new management since December 2023, and recently renovated, so it's got a fresh feel. Open until later than most in the area!

Just leaving a comment to say since the new management, they are completely different from the below reviews. They are now open the hours noted and have stock of products! Really awesome the coast now has a reliable, well run day and night pharmacy!

New owners super, super helpful, went out of their way to find an obscure item on Christmas day!! Even offered to get it from another store later today, then he kept looking and found it here anyway. Best and most caring service ever.

I was only in Maroochydore for a few hours, and they couldn't make me what I needed in the same day, but the guy was so helpful in suggesting other places for us to try.
Very grateful, as we were on a tight schedule. Thank you!

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for almost 20 years. I find their friendly, efficient, helpful assistance to be invaluable when my children were young and now as we age. The extended trading times are great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Needed a compound medication urgently for my baby and these guys were so easy to deal with over phone and email. The medication was made quickly and when we had a mishap with the medication temperature, they raced to the rescue again. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness.

The pharmacist helped us out, solving a complicated issue involving prescriptions from interstate, for both our 30 year old daughter and an emergency compounding medication for her 2 month old son.
They are caring, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you are well taken care of. And also able to explain the red tape and what needs to be done to make things happen.

I had THE BEST service from Maroochy Day and Night Pharmacy today.
My Insulin needles got damaged while travelling to the Sunshine Coast so refilling my prescription was incredibly urgent.
They didn't have the Insulin I needed however they rang around and got another Pharmacy to deliver their supply to them to give to me. Most places would've made me go get it myself.
AND they put it all together in a higher quality cold bag than the usual silver bag and included an ice pack. I have NEVER been offered this courtesy from any other Pharmacy for my Insulin.
Thank you for making what started out as a stressful and inconvenient situation, so easy.
