Cotton Tree Discount Pharmacy was excellent. I was struggling to get my medication around this area. But they did!!!
Excellent service and friendly staff too.

The staff at Cotton Tree Discount Pharmacy are professional, patient and knowledgeable. Communication is second to none, with follow up calls and advice as needed. The store is well stocked with everything you need from a family pharmacy. I no longer live in the area but travel to this pharmacy knowing my family and I will always received the care and service we need.

Cotton Tree My local pharmacy, I’ve tried all the others but saving a dollar doesn’t always give you value or personal care.
I’ve always found the pharmacist and staff to be more than helpful and caring. When my medication was unavailable or limited as soon as it was available they would contact me, very personnel service.
They have a great assortment of gifts and essentials at competitive prices for locals and visitors, the store is always well staffed, clean and stock rotated and replaced as necessary.
My Pharmacy of choice don’t take my word go in meet the staff have a look around I’m sure you’ll agree.

Needed a script filled for our dog, and I knew it wasn’t a commonly used medication. Decided to ring around and check if anyone had it in stock.

I had called 6 local pharmacies and got the time wasting recording of what’s on special this week, how many awards they’ve won, what vaccinations they offer, all their other services, blah blah blah then press this number then that hashtag then “wheat while I transfer your call” at each one, (and hanging up because I CBF and my time is also valuable TYVM)

Called Cotton Tree Pharmacy, and guess what? Spoke to a real human! Jaz was very helpful, told me the price, said they would order the meds in and have them the next day, and called back when they hadn’t received a copy of the script due to an issue with our router.

On picking up the script, the pharmacist was friendly and went over the administration instructions which were a little confusing.

So, full marks to Cotton Tree Pharmacy. No pita recorded advertising, and friendly, helpful service. What more can you ask for?

This is my favourite pharmacy! It’s probably weird to have a favourite pharmacy but here we are. I moved to the area about a year ago and tried a couple of the local pharmacies before I settled on this one. I love this pharmacy for its staff predominantly – they are warm, caring, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. There have been several times the staff have gone above and beyond to arrange products for me and gone out of their way to make sure I got them in time. I also love the products they stock e.g. La Roche-Posay sunscreen, earring studs and sleeper packs for sensitive ears and they have a really good nail polish brand (I’m unfamiliar with the brand) that’s really easy to apply, has lots of cute colours and they’re cheap! In fact, I find the quality of them to be better than the CND and OPI nail polishes I have. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I’ve always dealt with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were particularly considerate with the needs of my very small children, which was appreciated.

The staff here are amazing, professional, caring and helpful. The store is always well stocked and the service is exceptional! Thank you so much for looking after myself and my family over the past year or so.

My husband and I went here to get our 5th covid jabs today. Was so easy to book in the store with one of the lovely ladies. Went to a chemist at Sunshine Plaza and they said have to book online. No help as not tech savvy. Couldn't have got better help from here

Staff members at Cotton Tree Discount Drug Store are always friendly and the service is great. Shaun and Leanne are always especially brilliant and remember my name even though I’m only there once a month or so. They show genuine care for their customers which is much appreciated by myself. Couldn’t ask for better service.

What a lovely little chemist. Staff were delightful and extremely helpful on both occasions we visited. The chemist has a good variety of products, everything from the usual chemist items to hats, beach play products, clothing and gifts.

What a wonderful pharmacy. The staff couldn’t be more helpful if they tried and they were fantastic to deal with. The location is great and easy to find a park.

I'd like to thank you guys for your friendly and nice customer service. Definitely a 5-star pharmacy. If you guys served coffee, I'd go there every morning. :)

The staff are so helpful and efficient! nothing is too much trouble.
