Amazen Puzzles and Games Cotton Tree

The staff has always been enthusiastic and incredibly helpful. They have cinsistently reccomended games that have been great fun for my family. Plus the staff is super helpful when trying to find gifts for other friends and family. I regularly tell ppl about the stores around the coast and my experiences w them. Worth a look in for sure!

Zeke at the Cotton Tree store is worth his weight in gold! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We walked in just to have a look and have many games at home so probably wouldn’t have bought anything but for Zeke being so proactive in demonstrating some games and chatting to us about what we like. Thanks Zeke!

Our two toddlers just had the best time in your shop! Zeke helped us to find toys that suited their age perfectly and he was so knowledgeable and passionate about every game in the shop. Thank you for your great service!

The range at Amazen is great! Amy's knowledge and customer service was the real gem of the store! Amy taught myself and other customers several different games, across all age groups.

Wonderful time with Tim today. Took the time to show my son and i a few games and how they were played. Has games unpacked so u can try and helps the decisions.

Zeke was amazing - his knowledge of the most appropriate game for different ages and personalities was brilliant. He spent lots of time demonstrating games to us. Will be buying all our puzzles and games from here now on!

Had fabulous service on Sunday July 9th from Amy at the Cotton Tree store. Amy was happy to show us many different games and we had one game Amy set out to show how it was played. A fabulous range of stock at the Cotton Tree Store, we will certainly be returning.

Just writing to say a huge shout out to Amy who was so friendly and knowledgeable at the cotton tree store. My family and I are from South Australia and we visited your shop everyday for the week that we were staying at the park down the road. Everyday we left with something new. Amy's enthusiasm and experience was outstanding. She even put aside something i was undecided about so that I could return childfree to purchase the gift (complete with wrapping) fantastic service. Zeke was incredible. He was so wonderful with our son, interactive, and if it wasn't for us being able to interact with the games, then we probably wouldn't have bought anything. Highly recommend a visit here and hope you get to meet Zeke.

Amy was so helpful and fun. Playing a couple of games with us to help see if we’d like it and understand what sort of games we like playing. Made some great suggestions.

We were delighted to find that an "Amazen" store had opened in Cotton Tree after visiting the other stores in Montville and Maroochydore (now closed?) and then to find the wonderful Amy there who we had met before at the other stores (pre Covid.) This store is just brilliant with it's wonderful selection of games and puzzles and Amy (and another lady who we met today on our second visit, but didn't get the name of,) are so friendly and just wonderful and patient in explaining and / or demonstrating any game or puzzle you are interested in. So, of course, because these stores don't exist in Victoria, we had to have a big buy up!
Thanks so much "Amazen Puzzles and Games," looking forward to another visit in the future.

Love Amazen Games - very rarely do we walk out empty handed. Amy was very knowledgeable and happy to demonstrate the games - and of course we purchased!

We had to stop into this beautiful little shop when we walked through cotton tree! Such an AMAZING collection of puzzles and educational toys for the kids. Amy was suuuper helpful also with showing games that would be suitable, and I loved the way she engaged with my kids as well and showed them, so kind and caring. Walked out with 4 new games that will be perfect for us in a caravan as we travel around. Highly recommend stopping in here.

Had a great time on my first visit to Amazen at Cotton Tree. They have a huge variety and something for everyone. Best of all they'll play the games with you so you get a feel for them before buying.

Libby took the time to learn what games I liked, and who I liked to play with. Then helped me choose something that was perfectly me. We played a couple of rounds of that game, as well as a couple of quick fun ones. Her excitement was contagious and I had so much fun - I could have stayed all day. Will definitely be back, probably often!

I was fortunate enough to be served by the lovely Amy who has served me at another store before. I went in asking for recommendations for kids games and came away with so many more options than I'd planned! She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the products. The store itself is well stocked and has an excellent selection of games to try. I'll definitely be back.

Zeke was absolutely incredible! My husband and I were away on a short holiday and realised we had forgotten to take cards with us as we love games! We stumbled across this shop on our last day and had a few hours before our plane, so walked in looking for a new little game to play. Zeke was so eager to show us a game called 6 Nimmt that he recommended, he actually dealt the cards out and taught us there in the shop! Such a natural teacher, and I was instantly hooked! He then showed us a second game as well called Karma and we loved both so we got them both! We left half an hour later in such a good mood and we’ve been loving our games since! Zeke is so enthusiastic and you can tell he loves his job. It was a great experience 😊
