Harry really went out of his way to assist us with our order, he was very respectful and helpful, excellent customer service Harry! There should be more like you.

One Bunnings is like another Bunnings, all good places to go, but this one is bigger with more of everything.
Don't forget the sausage sizzle, it's uniquely part of Australian culture and a Bunnings institution. Best of all is that it keeps many charities afloat. Just have a snag.

Bunnings Supervisor ( Gordon ) – “OK its peak customer time so can all staff report to the Garden Furniture section for a team meeting. All staff to the Garden Furniture section !”

32 minutes later.

Gordon - “OK thanks guys, good response time ! Trevor, I need a status report on the Electric Picker Lift situation.”

Trevor – “ Thanks Gordon, we have 8 operational and 2 out of service. All are parked diagonally across rows 11, 13, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, 46, 47 and 48 as directed. At this stage we are not expecting relocating the operational units but will monitor to ensure egress minimums are maintained. We do also have 5 electric pallet jacks which are on constant roaming patrol stacked with ¾ size electronic singing Santas . They can be called in at a moments notice to plug any gaps.”

Gordon – “That’s great Trevor. We don’t want a repeat of last Saturday where families with trolleys and prams were still happily talking to each other as they tried to leave the store. Also make sure at least one of those Santa pallet jacks loiters in the Christmas light section. Being September we really need to hit our quotas there.”

Gordon – “Ok final housekeeping note from Legal. APPARANTLY we need to provide a counselling contact number to customers who mistakenly walk into the store wearing a red shirt. Please direct these people to the boxes of pamphlets at the door as they flee. Thanks and remember. Avoid eye contact at all costs. That’s lunch!”

However I lost my trolley there today, with a chilli hanging basket, 3 sets of pots (pots and matching saucers) and some plastic black saucers etc. If any chance you lovely Bunnings staff found it, I would love to come back. I really love that chilli basket ❤‍🩹❤‍🩹

Go here every couple weeks. Enjoy the sales they have regularly we've bought aircon, plants, power tools etc and always had good service, the staff are informative and helpful.

A branch of Bunnings that I have spent a lot of time and a lot of money in. I'm glad the layout isn't changed too often because I know where everything is in the store.
The volunteers manning the sausage sizzle are a feature of Bunnings. Whatever I want whenever I want, it's at Bunnings.

I spoke to Mia about ventian blinds and she made time to find out which store was holding the product that Cannon Hill did not have in stock. Mia is a wonderful ambassador for Bunnings.

Located in the ideal spot close to the neighbouring suburbs for convenience. The perfect spot for everything DYI and then some!

Best place to be on a Sunday, plants, coffee and a local bunnings trip with the dogo, staff need a bit of training especially at the trade desk, some general knowledge would awesome In regards to basic stuff IE nail gun operations, forklift operation also have seen and watched some team members either hide from using thr forklift or just not confident in their own skills.
