I went into the store today and was greeted with the best customer service. Julie was so helpful. I was looking for a topper for our bed and she glad showed me all the ones they had to offer, explaining about each one in depth. She showed me the 2 she would recommend as I have a bad back and let me try them both out. After choosing one she carried it to the front of the store for me. I would highly recommend the Maroochydore Home-maker store. There service is second to none.

I don’t usually do reviews but when people go out of their way to help the customer I feel it’s important to give the good feedback. Bec at Pillow Talk Maroochydore was absolutely amazing in matching my cushions perfectly to my rug and lounge. She was better than an interior decorator. It was so refreshing to get such quality customer service. Thank you Bec you are an amazing sales person with a genuine love for where you work.Also got a great price for quality cushions and pillows.

I would just like to share my experience at pillow talk -Maroochydore. I had the most exceptional, happy & friendly customer service from the manager Jo & her 2IC Helen, it's so comforting to know that such great customer service still exists.

LindyAnne looked after us with much patience and expert guidance on new lounge room soft furnishings. She let us lead the choices but was honest in her opinions. I left with more than I expected too, however I didn’t feel pressured at all. She spoke to our budget but also guided us on quality.

Very helpful staff and very well priced. Picked up a hot tip here about always making sure your King size quilt is inside its cover the correct way - the long part of the quilt is actually the width. This has been a game changer for us.

Today I experienced the best service I’ve had in quite some time. The sales woman, Judy, who helped me select a pillow that best suited my needs was such a lovely lady, her demeanor was calming and felt like she had my best interest at heart. On top of all this wonderfulness, she signed me up to be a member and had a generous discount included. I couldn’t recommend this store more for anyone who is looking for their perfect pillow

I shopped in the Maroochydore store on Tuesday, I was after by a girl named Holly(?) Sorry if I got your name wrong Holly..🤗 pillow talk has an unprecedented staff member with Holly. She is bright, happy, helpful, and everything beautiful. And so incredibly TOLERANT!! It's a big job helping me with afterpay, and she was perfect. 💞💖. You should be proud of her.

I took my nanna into Pillow Talk Maroochydore today. Helen was amazing nothing was to much effort and the laughs were great. Nanna is vision impaired and was very happy with Helen, nanna will be back.

The staff at Pillow Talk Maroochydore, Sunshine Homemake Centre are absolutely fantastic, always smiling and so very helpful. Prices, quality and range of products are as good, if not better than Adairs and Sheridan.
Don't waste time going to Adairs, the staff are pretentious, unhelpful and not interested in making a sale.

Kirsten was amazing both on the telephone and in person. Kirsten showed me the benefit of the mattress toppers and what may be more comfortable and I didn't expect that level of customer service, Kirsten you are lovely, thank you!

The staff were very attentive, quick to help out, knowledgeable of their products on for sale. Lots of good specials, well laid out store, in a good location, with plenty of parking.

I go there often and never feel pressured into buying.

Love coming here for our pillows! I have neck and back issues and staff here always help me find the right pillow to help me get a comfortable nights sleep! We buy all our pillows from here.
