The Garden Berry

We went for breakfast and had a great time at the Garden. In the cafe they had beautiful artworks and we were welcomed by the staff. We chose to sit outside in their garden courtyard (where dogs are welcome too) and received great service and recommendations. All the staff were so friendly and attentive and made us feel really welcome. A perfect morning and some really delicious breakfast. Love that their smashed avo has two types of protein on it (chickpea and feta) and the sausage that we ordered with the fried eggs was amazing too, tasted hand-made. We’ll be back, for sure!

Girls long weekend trip around Berry, visited other cafes and was highly disappointed until we ran into The Garden.
Had such a lovely experience we came back the next day.
Friendly service, good menu to choose from and tasty food.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food.
I ordered the French Cassoulet and it was delicious full of flavour and really well made.
My partner had the burger which was great minus the sweet beetroot jam.
Daughter had chicken pot pie which was great but lacked any real seasoning. The top crust was delicious though!
Salads were top notch absolutely amazing 👏
Service was good it was as late so didn't have high expectations anyway....
Complaints are just small things only would definitely return.

I had the best salad ever here. Food ? The pictures said it all. Staff are sensible. Atmosphere, comfy … I would say this is the best café in Berry.

Had brunch here on Australia Day for the first time despite coming to Berry a handful of times before. Excellent experience all round, the burger and fries and special homemade lamington were all to die for. Coming here again!

One of the place to sit and have a breakfast and lunch in berry. The food was superb. Some vegetarian option for vegetarians people but made awesome. The outdoor sitting is perfect to sit and chat. Morovdr this place allows the paw paw 🐾 in the outdoor area also

Had a fantastic lunch here on the weekend. Food was absolutely delicious - husband said it was the best gluten free burger he had ever had. A big shout out to Dan for his amazing service. Highly recommend

We were very impressed with the high level of service, the waiter and waitresses were very attentive, warm smiles and acknowledgements all round. The breakfast and coffee quality were amazing too.
It does get pretty busy near rush hour due to its popularity.

Walked in off the street after looking for a lunch spot. What a find! It's very clear when chef's take pride in their work and go the extra effort. They certainly do at this setup. Shoutout to the waiter Dan. Very attentive, despite the busy long weekend crowd. Took pride in his work,
To the point I thought he owned the place.

Amazing food! Service was quick and each plate of food was incredible. We loved how diverse the options were and would definitely recommend that people try this place out. Even though we went in a busy time we were seated/greeted immediately. My grandma has a walker and there was enough room to store it whilst we ate so this establishment is elderly/disabled/pram friendly (basically anyone who needs a bit extra room). Can’t wait to come back!

Visited from Sydney and absolutely loved it! Dog friendly, amazing service and delicious food! such a cute and cozy set up! Will definitely be visiting again. The shakshuka was delicious as well as the smashed avocado.

Great meal, fantastic flavors. Got the trout salad, shakshouka, turmeric latte, and soup of the day - a wonderful spiced potato soup. Food aggression while sharing is always a good sign in our family of a 5 star meal.

Great lunch after a long ride from Sydney. The potato salad with the barramundi was a great mix of sweet and sour. One of the best I’ve had.

Very busy time of day but very attentive team on the floor.

This place is just fantastic - fabulous food, fantastic environment - caters for gluten free, vegan and dairy free - and all of those options are just 100% delicious! If you are lucky enough to have Dan serve you - the whole experience turns into a 5 star restaurant experience - this guy is just next level wonderful! I give him 5 stars separately from the 5 star review of this place

Best scones in town, and wish I bought extra for the road. Next time....

We had a lovley breakfast here this morning, the food was delicious and the atmosphere gorgeous 😍 we especially loved our waiter Dan, so lovley and patient, he actually was the reason I wanted to do this review. Highly recommend 👌

Beautiful outdoor oasis in Berry - loved the house-smoked trout salad! Impressed with the barista who makes and serves the drinks and the waiter who pleasantly managed the floor by himself.

Delicious and perfect.

We had the most delicious lunch here! I ordered the Smoked Trout Salad and a Chai Latte and my husband had the Prawn and Chorizo Spaghettini (gf). Both were divine! It was one of the meals where we enjoyed every mouthful and kept uttering little mmms and ahhhs as we ate.
Our waitress was warm and friendly and the cafe was cosy on a cool, drizzly day. We'd go back tomorrow if we didn't live so far away!

Waiter, Dan served us the Moroccan Salad with slow-cooked lamb. This was the best salad we've tasted. Dan was SO polite and courteous too. Will defonitely call in again.

We’re always confident of a very pleasant experience, when visiting The Garden Berry.
Very good food at all times, various wines well-matched to meals, excellent coffee and teas and other drinks.
Personable, highly capable staff greet you, doing their best to seat you where you wish, depending, of course, on numbers.
Assistance animals are welcome.
The Garden Berry has been our firm favourite since it’s opening, and we do not see that changing at all.
