Kohlis Indian Restaurant Nowra

The food was perfect, tasted great and also good sized portions. The team were kind and helpful. 100% would go again.

Under new management since I dined in last. The food took a tad longer than it used to but nothing to really sook about. The quality and flavour of the food is still 5 Star worthy so kind of evens out the wait times. To be fair, it was also a pretty busy Saturday night. When it’s busy, it’s still a bit loud inside, it’s been like that since the renovation. I noted that to the old owners, but not a great deal could be done to rectify. Overall still a great dining experience.

My main concern is the HALAL status. The waitress took the efforts to double confirm with the supervisor, who clarified that the meats are sourced from halal suppliers. Big portion, great place for families, since the restaurant is spacious. Good service. Taste is good but, subjective since l've been to other lndian restaurants in many other countries so there's a tendency to compare. Their mango lassi is the best, but lamb biryani is a bit dry

After a long day travelling it was lovely to have such a nice, authentic and filling Indian meal. We were warmly welcomed and the food lived up to the great reputation - especially the gluten free options for our children. Thanks and we look forward to seeing you again on our next trip!

Absolutely can not fault our lunch. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding. The price was great for the size of the meal especially for a lunch special. We will be back regularly. Such a great place. Highly recommend.

We had a birthday dinner at Kohlis and everyone had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the restaurant was clean and well set. They even played happy birthday music for us which was definitely a bonus 🙂

I don't usually do these sort of things but the owner was really insistent that I give him a review, well here it is... The food was absolutely brilliant, totally delicious, slightly expensive, but with that expense should come clean tables. All around me I counted, one, two, three, four, five dirty tables covered in old customers dirty dishes and food droppings. So the ambiance and atmosphere were destroyed. It was like eating on a tip. Lift people... Lift!

I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant for dinner this evening . Great atmosphere and lovely attentive staff :)

We loved the food, the best Indian food we had, it was outstanding. The service was lovely and delightful. Every dish was unique and mouthwatering. If there was any Indian restaurant I recommend it’s this one

We stopped by there on our way back from Jervis Bay to Sydney. I can bet none of the restaurants serve this level of good food in Sydney! The food, atmosphere and staffs are absolutely amazing! Try their thali and biriyani is a must. The meat of biriyani was unbelievably moist! I will definitely come back here whenever visiting Nowra in future. Keep it up guys!!!! ❤

I ordered some take away dinner from Kohlis Indian a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time I’d ever tried their food and it was incredibly tasty. I’ll definitely be going back

The texture of the goat curry was good and meat was well cooked. Butter chicken masala was authentic and not sweet. Till date, the best goat curry and Butter chicken in Australia. Friendly staff and the owner personally supervised everything.

We had a 16th Birthday celebration at Kohli's and they were fantastic. When it came time for the birthday cake they added 2 sparklers on the cake which made it extra special and played a "happy birthday " tune over the music speakers. 😊
The food was amazing as always & keeps us returning for more. We'll be back for sure.

Had a delicious meal. Food is excellent. Updated venue can be noisy when busy and missing the charm of old restaurant but able to seat more patrons.

One of the best Indian food we had. Their Naan were the best and service was awesome. Would recommend everyone who is doing a coastal route trip must plan to eat here

Highly Recommended. Indian meals that never dissapoint,quality ingredients and chefs that really know their craft,clean open style restartaunt which can get a bit noisy when packed out but for me adds to the atmosphere, great range of drinks and friendly front of house staff.Having eaten at Indian restaurants across Australia Kohlis is easily in my top 5,well done

Great Reno’s done very modern interior just feel the tables along the wall are a bit to close together.apart from that service was great and food was of a high standard.
