It's Berry Necessary

I wandered in here on the off chance they had a board game I've been hunting for ages. The staff approached almost instantly and were extremely helpful. Win, they had the game.

The counter staff were the same and even asked what we had been up to this weekend.

This store has an excellent range of board games - including many award-wining, hard-to-find overseas titles. The staff are very friendly, helpful and have a good knowledge of the products they sell.

Good store, full of interesting items. Must visit this store if you are in Berry.

Was told I was not allowed to use my phone in store. I was transferring my sibling money to buy a game, but we ended up leaving because of the phone ban. Very bizarre- the reasoning for not being allowed a phone was not explained and the manager was very aggressive and condescending.

The woman who worked there was an absolute delight though.

Were absolutely hawked by owner and young shop assistant from the moment we walked into the shop. Shadowed every step we took and the young girl seemed like she was being forced into following us and making awkward small talk to keep tabs on us, I was pounced on when I pulled out my phone to answer a text, bizarre phone ban in place in store (strictly no photos).. after spending almost $100 in store we were treated very differently, the man's tune changed entirely. Only went in to but a specific few things and we will never return after being made to feel like crimin also whilst browsing.

Berry Unnecessary! We bought something from the store, and as we were standing outside the store deciding on where to go, the owner came out to shoo us away and told us we were blocking her customers from entering the store when we were her only customers!! Do not go to this store unless you want your day ruined.

The shop assistants are wonderful, but it makes me sad to say the owner is a real creep. Won't take my children there again.

Got here at 3:40 and its shut 20 mins early. What a shame. :( dissapppinted...
