I love this shop. I have the uglist feet and they always make me feel amazing. They spend time finding comfortable shoes that look beautiful. When I visit this shop I always buy 2-3 pairs as finding shoes are very difficult for me. Great service and advice.

Appreciate the trouble Jean and the staff go to when helping me and my family find just the right, comfortable shoe or sandal- ordering stock when they dont have the exact size etc, there is always just what we need, ensuring the fit is right. Great to see how smart the shop is looking "in the Pink" in Berry.

Thank you so much for your recommendation for appropriate waterproof ladies boots to wear on our recent snow holiday. Perfect, warm and so comfortable. Love the style, inside zip and laceup, looked beautiful.

What a delightful little shoe shop. There aren't many stores left that offer a wide selection of shoes and sensational customer care. Nothing beats a smile and great customer experience. Well done Berry Shoes!!!

Would give 0 stars if an option. The staff were RUDE, rude to me and rude to my daughter (who was very well behaved, right next to me the entire time and was hoping to buy a pair of shoes- BUT the lady literally swatted her hand away from touching the pair she wanted to try on!)
They also seemed to be actively not trying to sell any shoes- I was told the wrong foot size twice! Then told not to buy anything online(?) if I was thinking about buying styles they didn’t have. Very presumptuous and again rude. Oh then when I asked about a different style they did have in stock I was told “you wouldn’t like those” (?)
We left feeling totally bewildered by such poor customer service.
Reading these reviews it seems like I am not alone in feeling like the store/staff are toxic. Maybe time to hire better staff who are not so rude to potential customers. Very disappointing and hard to support local under those circumstances.

My Mum and I visited this store on Saturday. One of the ladies was so rude! I was absolutely appalled. The older lady was assisting me when the other woman knocked her out of the way and said ‘I’ll do it’ (readjusting my shoe). I was in two minds about buying the shoes I was trying on as there was a significant mark up. As I was thinking the woman said to me ‘what are you doing now?’. My mum who was also looking around felt pressured to buy and was constantly being questioned when she picked up any shoe. We were prepared to spend our money upon working in to your store. However, due to the rudeness of the staff we left disheartened. This was my first time in Berry and ‘Berry Shoes & Accessories’ has left a bad taste in my mouth- I was so upset and frustrated by the rudeness and sheer disrespect. I am sadden to write this poor review, but I want to ensure my experience is known and other customers are aware of what they are walking into. I was very raddled walking out of the shop.

I wish we didn't purchase anything after all, after seeing these reveiws.
I left the store just then feeling very judged, the lady with grey hair hovered over us like we were going to steal something, then tried to push the discounted shoes onto us like we are poor or something, which I can assure you we aren't and most definitely make more money than the lady that owns this store.

Good selection of shoes however the ladies who work there are quite rude. They were abrupt in serving us and were gossiping about another couple, calling them idiots for asking if gumboots were on sale. Pretty unprofessional.

Not very friendly. We waited at the door and respectfully asked if we needed to check in. The older lady said we could if we wanted to - didn’t seem bothered. Asked if we could come in - also didn’t seem overly interested. Tried some shoes on and she seemed a little annoyed but I tried not to think much of it. I then asked if she had a different size and she said no everything is on display - fair enough. She then asked if I was getting the shoes to which I said yes and got one size too big (they were Crocs so I wasn’t fussed) but just so much passive aggressive energy. We went back again later to purchase some extra charms for the Crocs which were $2 and she then said “you better have cash for that” - again fairly abrupt and unwarranted. We ended up purchasing 5 additional pairs of Crocs online at the Crocs Australia site instead. My parents are in their 70s and we were a group of 4 adults, it’s not like we were making a ruckus and being difficult customers. Thought about this experience on the drive back to Sydney and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. We bought Crocs in Berry because we wanted to support local business and just have a good day out. We could have bought Crocs anywhere.

The ladies in the store were very rude and I would not attend this shop again. Be careful, you might sit on the wrong chair to try your shoes on.
They lost out on a group of 5 women who were eager to shop. We took our business to the other beautifully run shops in Berry.

Awful service, super rude! Will never go back there or recommend it.
