CROCS footwear in BERRY

This is one of the few places that sell crocs. I walked in, found what I wanted, and walked out wearing my crocs.

When we went on Easter long weekend there were two very helpful ladies at the shop. We were pleased with the service and range

I wish we didn't purchase anything after all, after seeing these reveiws.
I left the store just then feeling very judged, the lady with grey hair hovered over us like we were going to steal something, then tried to push the discounted shoes onto us like we are poor or something, which I can assure you we aren't and most definitely make more money than the lady that owns this store.

Honestly I don’t think they want to sell shoes.
Older sale assistant actually told me the wrong size twice. Swatted my daughters hand when she tried to point out the crocs she wanted to try on. Really really really bad service.

I came into the shop super excited as I don’t have a crocs shop near my house but would like to purchase a pair online due to the discounted prices that they don’t have in the store. The old lady with short grey hair came and helped me to find my size in the colour I desired, I tried them on and then put them aside as I just needed to get the sizing and NOT BUY THEM. The old lady muttered something under her breath and then continued to say in a disgusting tone “well that’s great” when I got up to leave and claimed that “I can’t do that here” I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this shop. SHOPS like this are made to try on and see if you like it you don’t necessarily have to buy something every time. This was absolutely appalling and I will be letting all my friends near by know to not go into the shop here EVER!

Came to the store Sunday, travelling back to Sydney from Ulladulla we decided to drop by and buy some crocs. The customer service was horrible and unprofessional. The ladies that assisted me gave me the wrong size as i specifically told them i need a 38/39 but kept forcing a 37 on me. Left the store without purchasing anything. The ladies are so in your face and don't really allow you to explore and browse the styles. Disgusting service !!!!

I tried on some Archies footwear. Old lady with long grey hair hovered over me, got me the wrong size after I told her the size I needed. Very strange, tense atmosphere. Terrible service. Will never go back.

Shoes are great but the older lady with grey hair is very rude she is always rushing for someone to buy and I couldn’t even look around to see the selections.
