Best IGA I’ve ever been to.
Good range, but mostly the customer service was amazing. Visited three times on this stay and on two occasions when looking lost, was asked if I needed help. I could not tell you the last time that happened to me at a supermarket.
Second visit was in on a busy day, and despite the queue, they had five staff on the registers, and was still served in 3 mins.
I saw a few reviews about isle size or organisation of product not being intuitive… Damn, what’s a small business got to do to get a good review.
Shout out to the guy at the bottle shop today. Really friendly. I would hire him in a second.

Great customer service and well stocked.

Came here just before close last night and the young staff members on were extremely helpful and were not rushing me at all even though it was a few minutes before they were due to close. Ended up getting exactly what I needed.

Amazing staff, very helpful and for an IGA in a small town they have lots of options vegetarian included.

Been coming here for over 20 years and have never once experienced the slightest issue. Even with their young employees they seem to higher good kids with huge p potential. Always polite and always helpful. Being the only supermarket in town I'm glad they don't over price things too much as it would not be the right thing to do. Also having a liquor store as well in the shop also is an added bonus and convenience.

Good local produce & country style service that you don't normally expect in a Supermarket

Recommend their hot BBQ/roast chicken. Very tasty & juicy. Grab a dozen fresh bread rolls from the bakery across the street & go sit in the local park to enjoy

A very lovely store with most obliging staff. Very friendly the prices may be a bit higher but you get what you pay for, and I would like to think my money stays in the community I’m not waiting in line for 20 minutes and the service always has come with a smile. A credit to our town.

Great Food & Staff

Great IGA store at Berry with all the specials of a metropolitan store. Very good deli with all sorts of cheeses and meats including Italian prosciutto.

Local here. This is the best IGA anywhere. Sure, the isle's are a little bit narrow. But the variety and the helpful cheerfulness of the staff never fails to guarantee my return business. Great work guys. Especially Lee.

Wow, small space but it's packed with everything you need from paperclips to gourmet cheeses to gluten free to bottle shop. Parking in Queen St or behind the store. Boxes are available if you forgot your bags.

IGA looks small, from the outside, but with plenty of room inside, makes for a easy shopping stop.. staff were helpful, and with a great variety, and an awesome deli section too..

I always enjoy shopping here. Today I got a Cheeki mug for $15 less than it cost elsewhere.
