I saw Dr Chan with the boys today and he was extremely warm and informative and he made you feel like he really cared. He went that extra mile for us. The receptionists were very efficient, we found an appointment easily and the appointment was on time! AND it was bulk billed. Amazing! Can’t rave enough about Dr Chen and his practice. Thank you

I have been going to Lutwyche family practice since 2017 and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for an exceptional care. The doctors and the rest of the team are wonderful. The practice is not in my suburb, but I wouldn't change my GP, Dr Han is amazing. He truly takes his time to listen every time and comes up with the best plans that suits my needs. He explains everything in a clear and simple way for me to understand as English is not my first language. Thank you so much for your ongoing care for my family❤🙏

This practice is something to be proud of by the Owners, Managers and Doctors. My experience with them for the last 2 years puts them NO 1 on my experience with different practices and Doctor's.
I am 72 years old and today I had a simple flue injection from Nurse Prami, she was professional, pleasant and perfect in her role. I have prior experience with Prami as well when having biopsy and she was just as good and pleasant.
My main Doctor is Dr Katrina and she is absolutely marvelous in her professionalism, sense of humor and spontaneity.
Through circumstance I also have seen Dr Milanka who is a skin specialist and she equally assumed the same professionalism and personality that to be frank, many doctors fall short of.

When asked to write this reference of my experiences of the practice, I could not have agreed quick enough to finding a way to show my gratitude to their wonderful service.

Dr Katrina was great, she investigated my pathology report and prescribed a better medicine. A good experience, as it's hard to find a good doctor now days .

This was my first visit to this practice. When booking my appointment over the phone, the associate was professional, kind and helpful. When entering the practice, I was greeted with the same level of kindness and professionalism. It’s clear that the staff enjoy being there also. I was seen by Dr. Katrina who was absolutely lovely and listened. Very happy I went here. I highly recommend this practice! :-)

As a new patient for Dr Milanka Kavic I was very happy. She listened carefully and answered all my questions. I felt understood, heard and supported. Cheerful receptionists, pathology nurse and vaccination nurse was a pleasant surprise. All this 5 minutes from home! Who knew ?

Helpful staff, approachable doctor, neatly kept office, easy booking process, plus easy parking - as well as lift access from the parking for patients who have mobility issues.

What a fabulous practice. Excellent care and customer service by all staff. I saw Dr Khi Khi Mon and she was just superb.

Visited for a suspected broken thumb and then for a sick child. Professional and friendly greeting on arrival. I saw two different doctors who were both helpful with advice and tests. I was very impressed with Dr Katrina Tiongco's time amd care she took examining my toddler. She connected with him and played a bit to get him to do the exam.

Lutwyche Family Practice is wonderful I travel to their from my home in New Farm, I love my GP she is very caring and all the staff at the practice are very polite and professional.

Had to make an appointment for my daughter today and we were able to get an appointment with Dr Katrina. We were very happy with the service. 😊

Fast and efficient service… the doctor was especially helpful in assessing my medical needs and ensuring my electronic records were up-to-date… An A1 experience I never expected... Thank you…

On arrival the receptionist was warm and welcoming, and while waiting for my appointment one of the Doctor’s was helping a man who was a little agitated about something he was a bit confused about… this lady took the time to explain why there might have been a misunderstanding, and even went quickly on her break to get him another appointment to see an eye specialist located in the shopping centre, and rushed back to take him there after organising it for him. I thought that was really lovely to see and hear.
Dr Katrina was also very kind, and listened to me and my needs. She made me feel cared for and comfortable, and I felt much better when I left.
