Staffs are really nice here, the supermarket is compact yet with all the products and not as busy as the Chermside one.

Lovely big store with everything I was looking for except some of the half price specials. I love the new look with modern decor, softer lighting, and softer quieter flooring. Not the biggest Woolworths, but extensive range of stock, and it's rare for me to not find whatever I'm looking for.
Easy to navigate great layout and well-displayed stock with clear ticketing. Friendly staff that don't get in your way, but are quick to help you if needed. thumbs up from me 👍Sometimes I find some Reduced to Clear bargains at the end of the day 😜

Did click and collect for today's top-up shop. It is so easy to use the website. Finding the pick-up spot was very easy due to the directions given in the email and text confirmation.

Always well stocked with products faced up nicely. Deli could use a bit more attention to stock - I frequently see things empty there.
Overall a great grocery store 👍

I've really got to come here again. Definitely one of the better Woolworths stores with a variety of other outlets in close proximity that make it easier to get all my essentials done. The store is well laid out, clean, staff are on point and stock is well maintained. Free parking for three hours too so you're not rushing about trying to get everything done and forgetting half of what you have to do.

Wonderful customer service. The Staff are friendly and efficient. Shout out to James, Ari and Fiona who make our weekly shop easy. Helpful and cheerful.

We shop here all the time, always a good experience, both in store and with click & collect. They also gave me free flowers today, instead of throwing them out. It’s been a hard week the lock down and this has honestly made my week! Thank you 😊

I really enjoy shopping here, the staff are friendly and the shelves are well stocked. It's a new, clean-looking Woolies that feels positive and bright. It can get busy but generally I'd say it's not as crazy busy or crowded as other Woolies in the area.

Lovely helpful staff, and lots of things on shelves considering the current situation. If you shop here, be nice! There are restrictions that they have to enforce, no need for you to get aggravated at the staff.

since opening in nov 2019, they have really become an integral part of the lutwyche community with more options for panic buying...staff are all nice but Ari is an exceptional member who always greets and helps customers with a smile with no matter how busy he is...hope the management give Ari a good raise!!!

A lovely new store, a little quieter than others, which means everything is always so well presented. Love coming in here. The bakery always has great treats 🤤

I regularly go to this supermarket and have always had awesome customer service especially from Ethel. She is kind, efficient and knows her stuff and always packs my groceries properly.

I’m a regular customer at Woolies Lutwyche and I recently did my weekly grocery shop. I have to say how much I appreciated Ethel at the checkout who was so friendly and helpful when packing my bags - amazing customer service!

This newly opened Woolworths is a spacious, modern store that had everything we needed. Paid parking now applies for over 3 hours instead of two so we have time to shop and eat again!

New store and has yet to disappoint. Always friendly staff, most noticeable a very hairy ginger fellow that has helped me out a few times. Will be returning regularly. :)
