This place has its own parking that's on relatively flat land so it's wheel chair accessible as is the entrance, it's great! The place itself is very tidy and stocked up and the staff were all very nice and able to answer any questions we had. Awesome service :)

This place is my go to art store. I paint tattoo art, tradiitonal art. I need the Sakura pens for bold lines and they stock Ecoline Ink which i find to be the best to use ( I have used winsor and newton) i prefer ecoline honestly. I Got my brushes from here over a year and a half ago (winsor and newton spectre golds) and they have been used heavily and are still in great nick and shape. Barely freys the hairs. SO durable. They are relativiley cheap or comparable to online prices, i prefer to see people in person. They have a carpark behind them which is so conveinent. Love this place

Great supply of everything you need that's art related. Great starter kits for kids and all the professional needs for adults. Staff were wonderful and let me have a good browse. Store is well organised, clean & tidy.

I have no idea what I actually wanna buy, I explained to the staff what I wanted to make it done, and then she was knowledgeable and helpful.

I’m visiting from the USA and needed some canvas and acrylic paints. This staff was extremely helpful and made awesome recommendations. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I’d shop here all day long!!

Outstanding staff - as an amateur artist, I've always received valuable advice on purchases at every visit.

Although my budget has changed greatly over the years (having started visiting as a uni student), I've always been able to find something suitable.

I'd personally always shop here over buying online. The value of being able to talk to an expert in person, along with having the opportunity to sample items before buying just cannot be beaten.

It was my first visit and I will say it was an absolutely pleasant experience. The wonderful staff helped me out and were able to point to the right sections and were really helpful. I will be stopping in again when I come back later in the year. Look after these people, they are an asset!

Great selection of items. Staff are very knowledgeable - some are more friendly than others, but all know what they’re talking about when asked.

I would just like to commend Kerry Jones from the online store who was able to ascertain that the goods I had ordered had been lost by Australia Post. Kerry repackaged and sent me the goods via Express post to ensure I received them in time. I really appreciate her swift responsiveness and customer service which was delivered with a smile. 10/10 all around.

Came here to get some watercolour paints and was pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of products for sale. The lady that helped me was really informative and seemed genuinely excited to share her passion. I’ll certainly be back

Lovely staff and very helpful. You're able to try products there which is rare most shops can't do this these days. That makes it the more exciting to come in to try and get inspired and may even buy more things because you fall in love with it because you tried it and not get disappointed when you are spending money and don't know how they feel until you get home. The genuine and knowledgeable staff would help you for any reason at all. Definitely coming back here for more art supplies because of the staff. Spoke to Barb on the phone and she even said I could call back anytime for any questions. Lovely!

Helped by Yasmin. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and also made sure that we got exactly what we needed. When we told her we were just beginners with oil painting she made sure we not only got the best products for starting off but made excellent suggestions and gave some great advice.
