The Good Guys Lutwyche

I just want to say what a great experience we’ve had with the Good guys at Lutwyche . Our fridge went dead and out of warranty so we decided to shop around for a new fridge. My husband went into Good guys at Lutwyche and Sophie the lady working there was so professional and helpful and the whole process was so smooth. Our fridge was delivered the very next day as she understood the urgency. The delivery people were also very nice, friendly and knew their job so well. No wonder you are called the Good guys. Thanks so much again.

The Good Guys were very informative and helpful and offered me a better deal than the opposition. Always ask for a better deal as they go above and beyond with their customer service. The delivery of my dryer was seemless and the men were very helpful with the installation and taking away all packaging. Thank you good guys

I generally experience good service here but most recently I have been dealing with Luke F who provides great old fashioned service and no hard sell. I would recommend seeking him out if you're in store.

I did have some troubles with the delivery system (confirmations after 10pm of next day delivery!) and the first set of delivery men (given my Queenslander stairs) but Luke also did his best to smooth it out.

Went here on Friday to buy a fridge. We got wonderful service from Luke F, friendly, very helpful. Fridge was delivered within 2 days, drivers were great and took the old fridge way.

I would like to mention two gentlemen by the name of Tin Lok L and Corey who were both ever so helpful. We have had a computer returned numerous times. He spoke to the manager who approved a replacement. Tin Lok L was empathetic towards our issues. Corey was helpful in researching some specs for us. Thanks for a great experience.

I've bought a number of things from the Lutwyche store over the years. I've found the staff here very friendly and helpful. In my experience, they have been more than accommodating with after sales support including price guarantees, adjustments, refunds, etc.

Always excellent service. Korey is one of the best sales representatives I have seen in Brisbane. He is Always happy, helpful and he knows all the products very well.

If you like calling ahead to confirm item is there and driving to find its not..so settle for different item paying for it and being told you have to navigate a way of driving against the traffic around the corner to get it (small box)from backdoor then shop there

Luke is definitely the 'Go to' guy. Knows his products, doesn't try the "Hard Sell", and gives you the best deals. Just ask for him and leave with a smile.
