I had a tube I bought completely split. I took it to them and they replaced it for free and gave me a small discount on another spare tube and a headlight I bought. Really pleased with the service here

The Sales representative Jessie was so wonderful and polite. Helped us with fitting our toddler out so he is safe when having fun with his bike. It was an amazing and easy experience. Today I had one of the best customer service experience ever in the store. Jessie is an amazing woman who works in the store. She helped me with a lot of different questions. She apparently knew about all the products in the store. Is not always that we receive this service but we really appreciate when it happens. Thank you Jessie!

We can’t recommend Ben high enough at 99 Bikes. He is honestly one of the best salespeople my wife and I have had the pleasure of dealing with (and my wife and I come from a sales backgrounds). Our last bikes purchases were Raleigh 20’s (that’s definitely giving away our ages lol) but Ben guided us through our options and the features of each model including best value for money. He was extremely informative, down to earth, genuine and made the whole process of purchasing bikes actually fun. So if you’re purchasing a bike- ask for Ben!

I visited 99Bikes Macgregor twice in the past month. Once to get a new rim for my bike and another for some new shoes and cleats. I had a great experience on both occasions. Ash took care of my bike and explained everything clearly to me and even tuned up my bike in the process. It has never been so quiet through the gears.
Jess helped me with my new shoes and cleats purchase yesterday. She let me try the shoes on and explained which class of cleats would fit me best. She was patient and accommodating. I walked away with a smile on my face.
Keep up the good work guys. Many retail places don't even compare to your level of customer service.

Bike repair. Bike not purchased from 99 Bikes. Service was exceptional. Friendly, informative and prompt. Attendant offered to carry out the repair whilst we waited. Within 30 minutes the bike was ready and were were on our way. Very happy with price and service.
