Popped in on my lunch break and was greeted by Maddie with a genuine hello.
She helped me by finding exactly what I was looking for without any pressure to purchase.

Excellent service from Amber. Although they didn't have the item I wanted she was able to find it at another store and put it on hold for me.

Had a good experience last time I went into Cotton On Brookside, the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful but I didn't end up buy the jacket I tried on as it was too big.
