What an amazing experience! The owner served us when buying a bike here. He showed us many options, well within our price range, helped us install a basket, baby seat and water bottle holder. When we got the bike home, it was too big for the rider. We took it back and without hesitation, he changed it over to a smaller size and reinstalled all the accessories. Really pleasant experience. Thank you for making the process for all of us so wonderful. Our 2 year old is now loving it!

My favourite bike shop I've been to, the staff are so so helpful. I purchased my first road bike online and picked up at this store, and the service was so comprehensive and friendly I've since gotten my other bikes serviced here, with the same excellent result.
Highly recommend, especially if you've had meh experiences at other 99 Bike stores.

Walked our bikes in this afternoon with no idea about anything. To our relief, we weren’t made to feel like dummies.

The range of bikes and accessories was fantastic however the service and patience to listen to what we wanted and making good suggestions and letting us try out different options is what really made the difference. Chris was amazing, even with being very busy each time we were in the shop always managed to deal with everything calmly and professionally. Once we ordered the bikes were available quickly and the handover process was really smooth.

I’ve been going to this store for years. They are always friendly and helpful, and the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoy what they do.

Service along with everything else is better than any bike shop I have visited in Brisbane. They don’t rip you off and have great people working all the time.

I went to Dave to change a rear flat tube on an e-bike. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and performed the task expertly and expediently at a great price. These guys at 99 bikes are truly life savers and absolutely legends. Went the extra mile plus more for me . I walk in late in the afternoon with brake issues on my electric scooter. Pads where really bad metal to metal. Asking if there was anything they could do to help . Mind you the store is busy techs are busy . I had along trip home. After a abit of time and man power they sort me out . And when I say the extra mile . I mean over the moon and back to get the job done and have me sorted riding home safe . Never in my life have I been to this store or a 99 bikes store ever . They have earned a life customer .

I purchased a second hand bike from marketplace and the guys here at 99 Bikes ensured I have everything I need to be safe on the road. The staff also did a quick safety check on the bike and found that hubs were loose. They replaced the bearings and I was on my way. I'll definitely be back for any servicing, maintenance, or parts.
