The team at exact have transformed my smile,

I was not your typical/easy case in any way but their experience proved more than valuable when it came to giving me my "exact" smile and I couldn't be happier after just under 2 years of treatment.

Unsure of other reviews critical of glue etc as I definitely ate one too many hard lollies and had my fair share of energy drinks etc and never once had an issue.

The payment plan they offered made things easy for myself and without it I doubt I would've even considered treatment.

Making appointments was easy and the practice was accommodating to my needs.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone and regularly do.

Sabrina in reception has always been very welcoming and has an exceptional phone manner. Dr. Lisa Sakzewski is extremely empathetic and very experienced, I'm so glad I have met her and feel so comfortable with her. You can tell by the way she speaks to her assistant how humble and knowledgeable she is. Coralie the practice manager goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional patient care which overflows with her team. Thank you Exact Orthodontics for your superb care, I recommended this practice to everyone!

Great service

marketted as "all inclusive" braces treatment with repairs included for $8000, however after a year, (by no fault of my own) glue that attatched the wire to the teeth started thinning, and they are charging $60/tooth for repairs. Very misleading. Not impressed. And you would think with all the money they are ripping off people they would be more cheerful. Doctors are constantly grumpy. 2 stars because teeth are straight. do not recommend.
