My go to Kmart for sure! Always so neat and fresh. Friendly staff. Print my photos here all the time- I’m old fashioned like that. They just redid the layout of the whole place a couple months ago. Taking some getting used to. Quality of all the items is just getting better while maintaining that amazing pricing. Would recommend!

This Kmart, in the Toowong Village Shopping Centre, is super convenient, with extended trading hours and three hours of free parking available in the centre, or its completely free after 6pm.

The check-out process at Kmart is efficient, and there is the option of using self-checkout, which is user-friendly. However, if assistance is needed, staff members are readily available to help.

My friend and I were helped by a lovely boy named Max this afternoon. He was so helpful and kind which is rare now days. As we left we were also approached by the lovely Fiona. Two very hardworking staff members.

Always astonished at the pricing at Kmart. Good value for money and products are reasonable. However if you are looking at strong durables these may not cut the chase. There is a wide array of options and for most simple consumables it would be ok. Staff is friendly as well.

Better than other Kmarts I’ve visited, a good amount of stock and lines weren’t long. Extended opening hours which is great.

This is a great Kmart store. It's massive and has heaps of different varieties of products. Plenty of undercover parking which is free for the first 2hrs. If public transport is more your thing then there are buses that will drop you right a the front door and the train station is a 5min walk down the road.

The guy on customer service desk this afternoon should get a raise! He was so friendly and very helpful made my experience so enjoyable :)

Kmart is a great place to shop, so many products. Kmart is my number one choice for all my homeware shopping. I spend hours in Kmart, and the prices are so cheap I always find something to buy at Kmart.

Always like Kmart. Checked all Kmarts from the Gold Coast to Brisbane for the particular item on the Kmart website that we were after. Only one to have stock was Indooroopilly despite Robina saying they had stock which didn't exist when I drove there. Rang Indo and they put it on hold. Scary parking at Indo so asked best parking area and they were spot on. Told me the entry road and parking colour. Confirmed by phone before I left the Coast and item ready and waiting. Absolutely fantastic service. Top marks.

Kmart is a great store cheap, quality items needed for every day living and use. They stock a large range of clothing, bedding, accessories, books, party needs and many kitchen items. They are affordable and have a great return policy and customer service. Don't forget to bring a plastic bag with you.

Excellent place for shopping the little things you need for home. Nice items displayed. Staff are great. Well trained. They're very customer service oriented. Located at Indooroopilly shopping centre. Best place for shopping and to enjoy of a lovely coffee in Brisbane.

Five stars for the excellent service from the young woman in charge of the fitting room desk on Easter Sunday who went out of her way to check stock databse for an item I wanted. And five stars to young Emily on the photo desk who helped me and was so patient when I was trying to create photos while tired and stressed for my Dad's room in hospital. Thank you so much. Above and beyond. 👏👏👏

love this kmart. there is always everything i am looking for in this store and the layout is easy to find everything. but if you can’t find something, the friendly staff are always happy to help you. however my only complaint is that sometimes there aren’t any baskets left to use.

I went to the store to colect an item that I bought online, and the guy working at the customer service was so nice!! :D

There's always a helpful staff member to help you find what you want, even if it's not in their branch. Only room for improvement is increase their stock levels when it comes to popular products - they should stock more given it's a larger branch.

Conveniently located in the shopping centre so you can quickly get what you need without walking too far (if parked at the car park closest to Aldi). Nice big store, friendly staff.
