What a great service at customer service desk from Zac. I was returning a item that was broken never had my receipt but Zac told me to get my receipt up on my bank statement on my phone which I did then he found my purchase. I received a full refund nothing was to much trouble and his service was A1 thanks again Zac I wish there were people around like Zac

I shopped at Target Indooroopilly 17/11/22 and had the most amazing customer service from Rhiannon ( I hope I got that right) at the self serve checkout. She saw my hands were full and she came to help me- she was very pleasant and friendly and after helping me she was off helping the next person. She showed initiative and caring not waiting to be asked for help. Refreshing to see and made me happy. Well done - keep up the good work.

We have been to the store many occasions and always found it to be well presented and good staff in particular one team member (Josh) on three occasions has been exceedingly helpful and incredibly professional Josh was pleasure to deal with and I would hire him myself if I was in the habit of poaching employees.

Staff at lay-bys/returns section were great, didn’t have an item in stock. Staff went above and beyond to call me back when item arrived

Excellent customer service from Candice at the customer service desk! Did a click and collect, needed it before they got the request, some reason my order was split between two stores but Candice made sure I didn’t need to go anywhere else and handed me my goods straight away so I could get to work 👌🏼

This must be one of the most inviting stores for shopping, and I can never resist at least walking inside and taking a look around, whenever I'm at Indooroopilly Shopping centre. It’s light, bright and well laid out, with prominent signage and wide aisles, making it a breeze to move around and quickly find what you want, be it clothing, footwear, homewares, bedding etc. The range of products is extensive and I can generally always find what I’m looking for (even what I'm not looking for!)

Staff are friendly, helpful and patient, and they make the check-out procedure easy and hassle-free whether you choose to use self-checkout or full service.

I’ve always found the quality of the products to be first class and the prices, even in these times of soaring inflation, to be reasonable and affordable.

The location of the store in the popular Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is super convenient too. There’s oodles of parking, and the first three hours are free. The centre has just about everything else you could need including the major supermarkets, like Coles & Woolies, liquor stores inc Liquorland and BWS, Priceline Pharmacy, coffee shops aplenty and a handy food court just above Target.

Went in looking for some cheaper workwear for around the house. Very happy with the quality at the price point. Went to Kmart prior to target and had no luck finding something of decent quality

Fantastic customer from Narelle who helped me with a pair of scissors to free some merchandise from zip ties!
I was in a rush and left my newly printed credit card and wallet at the self serve and Narelle ran out looking for me. When I called up half an hour later she had stored it safely for me!

Excellent place excellent people!!

Good, large Target. Friendly staff and a wide array of products. Parking can be a nightmare however, as is located in one of the state’s largest shopping centres.

Target Indooroopilly is possibly the best store I have ever been to in my life, customer service is beyond great, all staff are friendly and self serve registers are the best implementation ever, love the freedom they bring for the customers! Great quality products, love it!

I found everything I wanted in less than an hour. Danni Minogue clothes are my favourite. Target has a good range.
