Thank you for fast delivery for my husband after urgent surgery it has helped so much in his recovery over these last two weeks. You need good bed and good shoes, as you spend most time in either. We chose Easysleep for our adjustable bed, based on fact that we could try the product (location convenient for us) and, may be later, buy cheaper online. But we were hooked by quality of Easysleep product, availability of bed size we needed (split queen) and, last-but-not-least, by very professional customer service, which made us confident in our decision. It's good feeling to know that your custom matters to the company you buy from.

WOW what a great investment in the Easysleep King split Bed. The positive difference it's made to us, is very noticeable ! Denis gave us great service and time. His delivery guy was professional and experienced and we`re an hour out of Cairns. I need to put a plug in for the `Tencel` sheets that Denis sells......you`ll never go back to the others.

This millennium bed has finally given my husband the best sleep he has had in years. He has a broken back so all the supports and features have helped tremendously.
Although I do prefer the non snoring version of him, he has woken refreshed and looks awake instead of still asleep in pain and not liking the bed at all.
Not sure I’ll be able to keep him out of it now

Recently I purchased an electric adjustable bed from Easy Sleep in Aumuller street. This has been a very welcome addition to our bedroom and it’s so nice to sleep with a posture that suits my needs. My wife is also able to sleep in the position that she prefers. The service from the staff was second to none. They were courteous, kept us updated on delivery and very prompt. If you like to be treated like a human I cannot speak too highly of this company. Give them a try you’ll be delighted with everything they sell and do. We originally purchased our bed in March 2019 and three years on are still very happy with our purchase. I recently had to replace the remote for my side of the bed. The staff went out of their way to find a replacement for me (as our bed is an older model). I can still highly recommend this company Geoff

I recently purchased an electric adjustable bed from EasySleep and I am 101% satisfied. In the showroom Denis explained thoroughly the bed's features and then professionally installed the bed in my apartment. I would have no hesitation in dealing again with EasySleep in the future.

I have had my beautiful bed for 4 years now. I have a very bad back following an injury and have found the bed to be so beneficial. Being able to lower and raise the head and even the foot really helps me get into a comfortable position for reading, watching TV and most importantly sleeping.
I also use the massage control and find that quite soothing especially the foot component. I have a different brand of bed in my other home in SA and can't use the massage control...it aggravates my back problems.
Recently I couldn't get the handset to raise or lower the head end of the bed. Within 24 hours Dennis from Easysleep was at my home in Cairns and rectified the problem with no charge. Truly amazing service. Thank you.

I would like to say I had almost given up on such a thing as customer service but meeting Jack at Easysleep and what he did for me and my husband in an emergency situation regarding buying a bed and setting it up has been fantastic. After purchasing a mattress and bed for our home we were so happy we asked if they could build a custom one for our camper trailer. They managed not only to make the mattress to the exact specific measurements and form but also to mimic the feel of our home mattress even though it needed to be thinner and has another support. And this in only 3 weeks time. So good personal service and high quality. Thanks Denis!

Purchased an Easysleep split queen from Jack in Townsville. Jack was very helpful and accommodating with helping to select the right bed for us. A month after getting our bed one of the motors started to make a funny noise and stopped raising the head tilt. I contacted Jack and he got the technician onto it promptly. The technician came today to assess the issue and I thought to replace the faulty component. However with no hesitation they swapped the whole base out for a new one and took the broken one to diagnose the issue back at the shop. Wonderful service from this company.and people I highly recommend them. The technician was actually the owner as I discovered later. Thanks Denis top service.

We would highly recommend buying a bed from these guys. Firstly they are local, secondly they went above and beyond with their services to supply a bed to us for our elderly father as quickly as possible and thirdly their beds are simply the best!!! I'm not sure why when you search google for a bed for the elderly that they don't come up on the sesrch feed. Their beds are also superb for the elderly being super comfortable but also having the high low feature for the carer. Great job guys!!! So so happy 👍

Great service and fabulous products, I highly recommend this company. We were looking for an adjustable bed as my husbands suffers with back pain we - found Easysleep two years ago and haven’t looked back! Hubby gets a great night sleep now waking up without back pain and his snoring has stopped so I get a great night sleep too! 5 star service from start to finish - the staff couldn’t do more to help us from purchase to delivery and after purchase care.

I am a support worker for Rick Stoddart, and Jack at Townsville store made us feel welcome. He arranged the store so that Rick could be hoost into the beds from his wheelchair to have a feel and test the massage features out. Jack arranged the delivery and all rubbish wash removed after delivery. The delivery people was helpful with showing us how everything works. Jack followed up after a day to see how we went and if we need more help. I would recommend anyone to Easy Sleep Townsville, great service and support on a really exceptional product. So happy with my new queen sized split bed and what a difference it’s made to my life. The first mattresses I got where a little on the hard side and a big thank you to Dennis and Glyn for coming out to me with no questions asked with 2 soft mattresses and changed them over. Their service is amazing and had no worries getting onto making things right for me. I’m so happy that I went to these guys in Cairns they’re both great guys and will bend over backwards to make you happy and get things done right. Not just a great product but also great guys to speak to. It was so easy to get everything sorted out with getting the loan being on a disability pension and the payments are really easy to pay back.
It was the best thing I ever did.

We have the split queen bed from Easysleep and the first night was a miracle .... sleeping had been a painfull process with both of us waking numerous times every night due to pain from spinal issues.
The massage function is a delight and especially necessary as it relieves pain and along with the ability raise the legs as needed, reduces fluid retention.
The sheets for this are available from Easysleep and are like sleeping on a cloud.... the best nights sleep we have had in our 20 odd years of marriage... thankyou Dennis....life saver 💕

After visiting the show room of Easysleep Cairns, the decision was made to purchase 2 x long single electronic beds. They are very comfortable and have enjoyed quality good night sleeps from day 1. A small hiccup with the remote was rectified the first day. If anyone is contemplating purchasing an electric bed, I recommend going to Easysleep Aumuller Street Cairns

We had a slight problem with a very loud massage noise on one side of our two king single beds. Dennis came out at the weekend and just replaced the whole bed base - no problem. Thanks very much for your promptness and after sales service.
