I'm so glad I found Miami Sound! These guys really know what they're doing and are absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had some work done on my guitars and it was flawless. Incredible attention to detail, prompt and professional. My guitars have never felt so good! My gear will not go elsewhere from now on.

Great little shop with a decent range of guitars and ukes. The staff are super helpful and more than happy to let you to chill out and try the instruments + give advice when needed. A very relaxed atmosphere and a real pleasure to shop here.

Can’t recommend this guitar shop highly enough. The guys there are all fantastic and you can tell they love what they are doing. Anything I have needed done to my guitar has been done in timely fashion and it always comes back looking and feeling great. Been given plenty of helpful tips when it comes to my own guitar maintenance as well.
All in all, just good old fashion service with a cool atmoshere, great selection of guitars you are encouraged to try, and is the go-to place for my guitar needs.

I took my bass guitar in for some work and received a phone call a couple of days later advising repair was complete. There is a price list on the website for repairs, a great idea. Very happy with the result. Staff are friendly and approachable. Plenty of guitars in stock, including Sterling basses, a favourite of mine . Strings, leads and accessories on hand. Lessons given. A little out of the way, but worth seeking out.

The staff at MiamiSound are friendly, professional, and have a genuine love of everything musical.

While I was having lessons there, I would typically arrive a bit early and spend the 10 minutes or so playing a guitar off the wall. One time I even asked if I could take one (a 1980s Yamaha Super Flighter!) into my lesson. The answer was and enthusiastic "Of course."

I've had my guitar serviced with them, and it was back to me after four days in excellent condition and playing great.

I once commented on the chilled atmosphere of the shop, and the owner said that he wanted to make a place where someone could walk in, pickup and play a guitar without feeling intimidated. I think they have achieved just that.

Great service but smallish range. Store clerk we super friendly and happy to help, let me use a playing room. Instruments are all value for money so no fender or ibanez basses

I went to Miami Sound to buy a guitar for my son and we were welcomed by this young lady (I didn't get her name) who was extremely friendly and helpful. My son was very happy with his guitar!

Really like the friendly folks with genuine knowledge. Enjoyed being able to try different guitars in comfort with out any pressure and was stoked to find a Cort that I knew was the one as soon as I strummed it.

Miami Sound didn't stock what I called about, but they still helped me discuss and validate an online purchase, which is rare quality customer service. I can recommend these guys!
