NAB branch

Jack is the best branch manager I have ever spoken with. He is so kind, understanding and very very helpful. So patient with me and my confusion over some accounts I held. He is so sincere. Thank you so much Jack.

We could not have been more impressed with the wonderful service from Jack - the manager. We were having a forced transition from Citibank to NAB as Citibank are no longer providing the services we used. Jack was so patient explaining how it would all work and was so polite and helpful. I feel we were very lucky to have our accounts transferred to his branch - he made what was a difficult situation for us to work through, seem extremely simple. Thanks again to Jack (I'm sure the other staff follow his example - we just haven't dealt with them yet)

I needed to discuss a loan and I contacted the manager Jack. He had Tim call me at home to save me coming into the branch. Tim’s call was very helpful and has put my mind at ease with regard to a future investment. In this age where a lot of things are technology based and almost fully-automated, it is a breath of fresh air to be attended by real-life person/s especially with real people like Jack Kelly and the rest of the staff at NAB Bundall. With Jack's commendable leadership, it is understandable that his positive demeanour flows to the other staff and therefore translates to excellent customer service. They are aware of their clients' needs and try their best to meet those needs. Keep up the great work guys!

I was welcomed by Jack when I went into the branch, he was so helpful as i had so many questions about my accounts. He took the time to listen and not rush me out. I felt at ease with him. He gave me his email address, if I had further questions. My experience at the branch was excellent, I walked out happy with the answers.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Sunny, Jack and the lovely young lady on the counter who so patiently attended to my parents this morning and then explained the issue thoroughly to me.
They were highly stressed about their credit card being declined for the first time in their life but you were all so compassionate. My parents frequent your branch armed with their trusty passbook regularly and I am so grateful that they go there with the confidence they will be treated with respect and kindness. In a day and age where most banking is done online which is now way past them (nearly 89 & 90yo) it’s comforting to know a bank/branch still cares about their senior and long-term customers.

Exceptional Service !!! - The Branch Manager is the most helpful, efficient and friendliest NAB staff member we have ever met. He went out of his way to assist us with closing and opening accounts - the whole process was seamless as he completely understood what we needed to achieve. We also had an urgent matter late on a Friday afternoon so I took a chance sent an email which was acted on straight away which meant no more stress on the weekend waiting for advice - can't thank you enough. We had left NAB because of the service but we are now back - thanks to you.
