Great Southern Bank

Very impressed with the level of service at the Robina Great Southern Bank. Today was our first visit to the Robina branch. We were very impressed with Troy He was friendly and knowledgeable.

He was very friendly and gave the sort of service from a bygone era that is missing from most modern day outlets. Troy gave us his personal card and direct phone number so we could follow up. Congratulations to Troy and GSB

Quick, efficient, friendly service with Troy at Robina Town Centre branch today. I've been a customer with CUA for many years and have always been happy with their service and products.

I would have to say I've never had a problem with staff at Great Southern Bank! They have always been most helpful.

Wouldn't bank with anyone else than CUA. One of the only banks that still offers personalised service without sending you to a machine to service yourself.
Been with them for over 20 years and never looked back.

Customer services and fraud team have no knowledge of the product and kept sending me back and forth..they blocked my account due to suspicious transactions, I am appreciate on that part, but once I cleared and told them it is not suspicious transactions, there still no money allows in and out the account for the next few days, customer service said they can't help me and transferred my call to fraud team, fraud team asked me to tell customer service team don't send me back to them is nothing wrong with my account. Afterward finally they found out it's because it's a joint account so my partner have to call to unblock the account too.. I got direct debit got bounce back regular wages can't deposit into my account. This is not good enough

avoid if at all possible .. bad service / rude staff - and any rate you get there is better elsewhere

The shi***st bank we had to deal ever and I’m sure I will not be back ever. They just make life so difficult it’s unreal. I will get rid of you on Monday for sure and trust me will never ever be back.

Why would I want to do business with a company that is never open when I need them? You offer 3 hours outside of working hours. By the time I get off work, you are already closed. You also open 30 minutes after Ive already started working. Wow, how convenient.

As a new client of this GSB the branch staffs are absolutely hopeless, unprofessional and terrible attitude. Apparently lack of proper training and no passion of their career, strongly recommended a Berger team. What a disaster!

Only branch on Gold Coast, stuck in middle of a shopping mall with no direction on how to find the branch location. Pathetic way to treat customers that live in the south or north that have to use M1 to get there. NOT HAPPY Considering closing account 😡

Customer service is non-existing. The staff member, I spoke was so short and unhelpful that I just hung up. Guess I will move my home loan somewhere else.

Terrible hours for customers.
