Jing the bank teller is absolutely lovely and always friendly and helpful

I had issued depositing at the ATM outside the branch just after the shop closed. Thankfully I was there at just the right time for all the staff to be leaving. The manger was so helpful & sorted the issue out which took about 10 mins. The whole team were there to support her supporting me haha. Great vibes from the Westpac Robina team, always.

Nice open plan but one desk to greet people is not enough!

Slow service just to pick up new business cards - should be a 2 minute activity.

No tellers pain just to get money out ,try to make you use ATM I liked just lining up for a teller but maybe that's just me

Very bad experience with this bank. Not just this branch. In the last 4.5 years ive been with this bank theyre brances are closing and always inconvenienced by their machines having downtimes. In the last 3 days i had to go to Surfers, Southport and Robina with Coin deposit machines not working. In southport staff told me to go to saint george to do it. St george staff just laughed. Doesnt work that way.

Staff couldn’t properly give a head up on expectations. I was told to come back after an hour for machines to be back on line. It didnt happen and had to manually do it. Spent 2hrs something on a simple coin deposit with staff being unapologetic and robotic. Will listen to my friends and move to anz or commbank.

This is honestly the worst branch of any bank on the entire gold coast. It's embarrassing that I consistently have to wait 40 minutes at a time to deposit money. Why are the staff taking time to hear the life story of every single customer when the bank is full? 0/10 avoid at all costs.

Tried to use your Business Express Deposit machine on the weekend and it's not working, again. My strike rate here is now at 50% over my last 8 attempts. Account now overdrawn, so this review is more as evidence to hopefully rectify any incoming fee because we both know I'm not going to spend an hour on hold on the phone to fix your bank's issue.
