My husband Ray and I have been
customers at 99 Bikes Burleigh for a while now, and I have to say, their service is top-notch. The upfront service is great, but the after-sales service is even better.

A big shoutout to Bailey from the after-sales/service and repairs department. His 5-star customer service is worth mentioning. Despite being busy, he went above and beyond to service my bike and teach me about its mechanics, even when back-to-back with customers.

I also love taking my dog Maple Syrup on long bike rides, and 99 Bikes Burleigh has been instrumental in making that possible. I initially bought a cruiser and later upgraded to a pedal assist e-bike, which is absolutely incredible.

Overall, 99 Bikes Burleigh provides exceptional customer service, and Bailey's dedication is commendable. I highly recommend them for quality bikes and a great experience.

The service here was top notch. Eveyone attentive from stepping in the door. Attention to detail and product knowledge on point. Thankyou staff that made my daughters first top shelf bike an amazing experience. Showed her how to use the gears and put her bag rack and basket on. We really appreciate great customer service and this was perfection 👌 thankyou

Riley in the service department went above and beyond to solve a request I had to keep my current bike but increase gearing and rideablity. It was a tricky problem but he came up with a solution. The end result is awesome! Thanks mate. Viva La France!

Helpful, great advice, friendly, enjoyable service. Made for a great experience purchasing two bikes. Patient and offered great advice, nothing an issue. Helped load bikes into car. He wasn’t pushy, listened to what we were after, asked questions, fitted racks to bikes.
My wife and I both mentioned on the way home how good was that service from Declan.

Staff are very friendly and happy to help and very understandable i got a helmet and pedals there and they didn’t have the right helmet in stock so I got a better helmet for cheaper and we’re also willing to let me have $5 off for the pedals since I was just too short and also got a trail recommendation

Wanted a kickstand for a bike that was a bit hard to fit. Staff member immediately knew the issue and suggested the perfect product. Very happy.

From the moment you walk into the Burleigh Heads Qld store you are always greeted with a smile and a high energy vibe from the Sales staff. Nothing is ever to much for Marcus, Declan, Blair, Cooper, Lehaman, Caleb or Jake. Their knowledge is sensational.

Down in the workshop, Luke the head mechanic, Riley and Bailey are all extremely nice and approachable to deal with in regards to purchasing parts.

Keep up the sensational work! Always a pleasure to do business with.

Legendary customer service from Jake! Definitely a great team overall and a shop packed with good stuff, worth checking out.

We dropped our 4 bikes off for service today 30/6/23 and upon pickup we noticed a few things that needed attention. I would like to thank Ron in the service department who immediately stopped what he was doing and helped us rectify issues without question. We felt blessed to have him there to go through each bike with us and explain the issues and then rectifying them without hesitation. Ron you were polite, studious and importantly restored our faith in the brand. You are an asset to the company and should be praised on your work.

fast friendly and helpful, I was in and out within 10 minutes and very satisfied with the level of customer service i received, my bike has never felt better to ride. will definitely return for further service and upgrades in the future.

Today I went in " just looking", but with the helpful staff I came home with a lovely new bike. The xhop was well stocked and all staff very friendly and professional. Woukd have no hesitation in recommending you shop there!

Blair was incredibly helpful. It was almost closing time but he put everything he was doing to one side and took the time to fit my toddler son with a helmet and took genuine care and pride in doing so. I will be back based on this experience alone.

Cooper was very helpful in giving advice on maintenance and help recommending products for my needs. Also, making an exchange on clothing for a different size hassle free.
