My partner and I have come here 3 days in a row while on holiday and every time we've left with smiles on our faces. Calming atmosphere and a fantastic massage. It's easily the best massage place we've been to and couldn't recommend it more. Fantastic 🤙

Yesterday I had 1 hour full body massage at Massage Aroma in Pacific Fair. It has been a wonderful experience!!! It’s a lovely place too. I felt comfortable immediately and the massage relaxed me a lot. I’ll certainly be back. Strongly recommend this shop👍👍

I am a real fan of Massage Aroma and have had regular treatments over the last 5 years. This morning I woke up with a very sore neck and shoulder. I knew I couldn’t see a Physio or Chiro, so made an appointment at PF shop and had a great service again. Feel much better after!

As someone who frequently enjoys massages and has never felt compelled to complain, I find it necessary to share my recent experience at Massage Aroma Pacific Fair. I am familiar with various massage services, often visiting Health Link at Pacific Fair, known for their professionalism and skilled staff. However, my experience at Massage Aroma was distinctly underwhelming, especially for the price of $130.

The session lacked any semblance of proper massage technique or structure. It felt as though the masseuse was merely applying oil, without any therapeutic benefit. I found myself watching the clock, eagerly waiting for the session to end.

After the massage, I approached the team to explain my dissatisfaction, hoping for some form of resolution or acknowledgment. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with indifference, with no attempt made to address the issues raised.

Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to advise others to seek services elsewhere.
