An absolute 5 star experience from just the front counter to the final hair spray and finishing touches.
I came here on a whim as I was on a hens weekend and travelled from Sydney. Usually I find hair salons intimidating but this place was the total opposite!!!! The team at front counter were so welcoming and friendly.
I purchased a package of wash, treatment and blow dry - but it was a given to get a small neck shoulder massage before it all. They offer water, tea and coffee complimentary and just look after you so well.
I was assigned Freya with the beautiful peach hair for my experience and she was super kind, knowledge able and helpful. She advised me on products she would use, what I should be doing better for my hair and more. She really just perfected my simple vision of refreshing my look. I would fly back from Sydney to GC just for this experience again! Thank you so much

First visit today to have bayalage with the gorgeous Ree. A drink brought to me at the chair and offer of a neck and shoulder massage indicated I was in for a treat.
I people watched as I was there for a while and seeing how the staff interacted with customers left me in awe. Such hard workers! Salon is very classy and welcoming.
My hair turned out exactly as I wanted with no pressure to return for touch ups.
5 huge stars from me. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with service from what I witnessed. Thanks Oscar Oscar

Great experience! I’ve just moved from NZ so I was quite worried about getting my hair fixed / re-dyed with a new salon as it is super weak and damaged. Ange was so thorough with the process she suggested me and I was super happy with the results. She was very knowledgeable which put me at ease instantly as I knew I was in good hands, thanks so much!

Came as a walk in today and genuinely had the best hair experience ever. Everyone was so kind, and the girl that did my hair did the best job, exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend

The experience was great. I had a lovely lady named Brooke she was very kind i also had a lady named Ginger who was also very kind and easy to bond with. Every employee was great and super kind, the cut was amazing and the colour is great too. Everything was great i really recommend the hot chocolate and cookies 👍 they're so tasty 😋.

I was very impressed with the service I had today. Jaz was excellent and I also had lovely service from Ginger, Bailey and Jasmine. I have difficult hair, but nothing was too much bother and they were all so kind and friendly throughout. Thank you! 😀

From arrival to departure my experience after many years absence was first class. My hairdresser did a wonderful job of my colour, cut and blow dry and I look forward to returning in a month.

From start to finish, the entire team were so driven to provide the best client experience possible and they certainly did! My colour is immaculate (thank you Brooke!) and my blow dry is probably one of the best I’ve ever had (Thank you Rai!). Every member of staff was welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and super professional. I cannot recommend this team enough!!

Enjoy using the quick online booking system, super easy. The service is great and absolutely love my blow dries and hairstyling by Akane! The extra little touches such as the shoulder and neck massage really make the experience so much more enjoyable

Katie gave me the most anazzzzzing makeover I’ve ever had, and I’m 53 years old. Best hairdressing experience hands down . Cut if fabulous and my blonde is the best any hairdresser has ever managed to achieve. Beyond happy and I’ve already booked to come back!

Been a long time customer getting my hair multicoloured regularly always fantastic staff fast and friendly, amazing quality when getting my hair dyed and styled, price-wise very reasonable for what level of service you receive. I booked 2 appointments for myself and my colleague as we were attending an awards ceremony that night. We were tight on time as we had to get back to finish getting ready.
My hairdresser Maddy was absolutely AMAZING! She was fast and skill full. My hair is not in it’s greatest shape after removing a colouring and experiencing breakage but Maddy did the most amazing job. It was better than I’d hope it would be and I received so many compliments.
My colleague loved her hair too, she said she can never keep her hair straight for very long but it lasted days!
