I was served by Blake who was the loveliest and kindest cashier i’ve ever met - great experience!

Maria or Marie i cannot quite remember her name was the most lovely and helpful women i’ve ever come across. she was working on the 22nd of april 2023 around about 2. she assisted me in finding a defrizz serum that worked well for my hair whilst informing me that she didn’t quite know what would work well for my hair but tried her best. she found me the best product that has worked magic for my hair and i am so thankful for my experience at the robina priceline pharmacy. thank you so much maria or marie, you deserve everything and i am very appreciative of your pure kindness.

This is regarding the Burleigh store that has just closed. The ladies who worked here were amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable & even caring at times. A shame you closed up. Hope Priceline has kept you on as staff in other stores.

The pharmacist I talked to today was so genuinely helpful and kind, it meant so much.

I had a dilemma (that was really nothing at all). Not only did I get exceptional service over the phone but also the pharmacist to the time himself to explain to me why I got a different looking script to my usual and also it was noted in the system against my name by the lady on the phone to avoid the problem in the future.

Today I received the greatest customer service possible from a lady by the name of Julie, she went out of her way to make sure I got the right vitamins I needed and even went as far as checking with the pharmacist Davinder ( who had no customer service qualities whatsoever and he also made it seem like we were wasting his time ) to make sure the vitamins wouldn't affect my medications. In this day and age where customer service seems like a chore to most retail staff this lady Julie made shopping there pleasant. Thank you Julie for your wonderful service , it was appreciated...

Always helpful and professional

Good store, always have what I want in stock and most of the staff are well-mannered and kind. One staff member made my visit unpleasant by telling another staff member to keep an eye on me when I couldn't decide on a product. I understand there are procedures around theft, but staff should not make customers uncomfortable especially when they have no intention of stealing.

The Pharmacy always has what we need but it would be better if we could pay for our items there rather than join the queue at the front. They usually only have one staff member serving while the others are re-stocking shelves etc and they only call for assistance when the line is almost out the door. I know re-stocking has to be done but they should work that around serving customers which is the priority

Great merchandise and staff

The woman at the counter, sorry I didn’t get her name but she’s the one who wears so much makeup. She really needs a lesson in customer service, she’s extremely rude and it’s very unpleasant.

My friend and I went into the fake tanning aisle and then this rude arrogant worker came over to us and she spoke aggressively while we were trying on TESTERS she proceeded to lie about how there are signs around the store saying we can’t try testers on and she was demanding us to pay. She obviously took advantage of us because we are young acting as if we don’t know what we’re doing. We went to Priceline for a 2nd time and she then told her co worker to keep an eye on us the her co worker asked if we needed help. My friend was purchasing something and the rude, arrogant lady didn’t serve us so she said “I’m gonna go do something” and made her co worker serve us. I would rate this 0 stars but I obviously can’t😭

Pharmacists aren’t knowledgeable or professional. All ego & no care. Ever since they changed Management it’s gone downhill. Just go to another pharmacy around the corner & save the hassle.

I have been visiting Priceline at varied times, different persons over the cashier and still get the same treatment- ice queen, racially profiled, they treat the person before you who is white with the same smile, when it is your turned, the same treatment goes out the door, and it all comes down to just doing the transaction as if you are a number. It is fine, but truly what matters most to remember, whoever you serve regardless of race and color of the skin, your company make a profit, and you get paid, being the person who represent your company, should remember, you are there to serve not to racially profile anyone who is in front of you.

it saddens me to write a bad review about priceline, I've been a customer with this particular store for over 20 years and I've always had a terrific experience however the last few times I've been in i have found the service to be absolutely foul. it isn't one particular staff member but all the elderly staff seem to be extremely grumpy, short tempered, sarcastic, and overall negative attitude towards customers. i refuse to come back to this particular store instead i travel further to a different location where know the service will be satisfactory. i am happy to go further into detail about the negative experiences I've encountered.

Spoke to the man and girl at the pharmacy today. They were rude, arrogant and made me feel as though the questions i had about a product were stupid. Will not be coming back. The worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Worst customer service from pharmacist Kiran. Expects customers to wait 10 mins to find out if product in stock, while saying it probably isn't. If you already know prior to looking that is bad stock control.
