Rang ahead and staff put aside my prescription medication as it was last of stock.

A big thank you to Robyn recently helped getting a script filled for me overnight when no other local pharmacy could. Was our mistake forgetting to get it done in time.

I had to ring around several places before Robyn at Priceline came to my rescue, she is a lovely lady and ever so helpful, she did as she said, the very next day, we went over to Town Centre had a coffee and within an hour or so she had phone to say script was in as a special order overnight for us.

I often use this pharmacy for all of our other requirements, we dont use Robina as our regular centre for weekly shop, hence we havent got scripts from here before.

A big thank you to pharmacist Ash for helping me navigate a complex situation involving online Telehealth scripts and unavailability of medication. Really appreciate your patience, I was feeling quite stressed and under the weather.

My partner has an aversion to needles but as there are no other options for the COVID jab, nor vaccination venues set up to adequately deal with an anxious patient, we booked in at priceline and hoped for the best. We found the best 😃. Berra was endlessly patient and kind. Used many clever and caring ways to create calm and certainly went above and beyond. My partner is now happily double vaxxed.

The service at this chemist is exceptional, especially in comparison to chemist warehouse. Ladies serving are always polite and the male pharmacist today was helpful and had my script filled in 60 seconds. Great service, worth a few dollars extra to visit a good chemist over the warehouses.

Would like to thank Daniel the Pharmacist when I called on 21 March, had left some important medication behind, at my home some two hours away. We were heading for Coffs Harbour, Daniel contacted my specialist and arranged a prescription by fax , which he then made up and I collected in about an hour [ delay at the specialists ], he then offered to post the original to my home which I have now received, Julia Clare, please pass this on to Daniel, his help was appreciated.

Aliaa is a top notch pharmacist. She recommended a local alternative medicine to my overseas one.

Went for the Flu shot and had a casual conversation with the guy while doing it. Made it all very comfortable. 10/10

Worst experience, will never return, not helpful, no smiles or conversation, no instructions or prices given on new medication from pharmacist. Lady on register was stacking her fridge while we waited, didn’t even smile or show any personality or talk, didn’t ask for my Priceline card so I’ve missed out on points. We just felt like we were an inconvenience & a nuisance & we were the only ones in the shop so not busy. Left feeling upset & angry.

Interesting it appears you need to shop around on your prescription medication, I collected my prescription medication from this store and when I got home I compared the cost and it was $26 more than Terry White PF. I phoned the store who agreed the price on one lot of pills was 100% more. I had recently lost by job and don’t have money to lose. This Pharmacy agreed if I took back the old packaging from Terry White PF they would price match. I asked if I can take pics and email/ sms can they refund and they said no. So disappointing as a friend was going to Robina and asked if I wanted to go, I dont live near this store. My loss their gain...

Charged $29.95 for a medical certificate when the website advertises them for $24.95. Pointed that out to the pharmacist who insisted it was $29.95. Clearly this is false advertising and I have kept photos of my receipts for my complaint with the office of health ombudsman.
