Amazing amazing food! Easy to find a car park. My fried chicken waffle was 💯💯💯💯! Super recommend it! The chicken has a thin coat, and it comes with bacon as well! We sat outside, the weather was so nice. Love this place so much!

We celebrated our 5th anniversary at Little Mermaid Cafe & Bar, and it was a memorable experience.

The almond mocha and dirty chai were the perfect start – rich and nicely blend. The extensive menu offered tempting options like acai bowls, eggs benedict, and avocado toast. We opted for the Big Breakfast and Chilli Scrambled Eggs – both were delicious and generously portioned meals.

The service was commendable, and the atmosphere had a vibrant vibe. The option for both table service and QR scan orders added a modern touch for our convenience. The proximity to the beach made it an ideal spot for a morning brunch with friends or family.

A delightful combination of great food, good service, and a beachside setting – this cafe exceeded our expectations and made our anniversary celebration truly special.

I’ve had some very average açai bowls for the same price of this one. It was so yummy for the cost, and the coffee was great also.

We booked a table for our daughter to have a birthday breakfast with her Grandparents. Lovely ambience, excellent service, generous and delicious meals. The wait staff looked after us and took the time to kindly present our cake. Thank you for making our occasion special 😊

From start to finish the service was bright happy and friendly very impressed.. And as for the food I honestly think the chicken from the (waffle and chicken) was probably the best chicken I’ve ever had. The interior was beautifully decorated and the whole place gave off a very clean vibe, I would definitely recommend this place.

First time here & it was really good. Food was lovely and my Berry 🫐 smoothy was yum! Only thing it took 50 minutes to get our food but I guess that's what happens when a place is popular and busy. Kitchen seemed to be working like clockwork though. Overall 👍

Last Sunday, my partner and I decided to have breakfast at Little Mermaid café in Gold Coast, and we are thrilled that we did.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional. We were seated at a sunny table on the terrace, perfect for enjoying the weather, while our puppy joined us. Although we had visited Little Mermaid on previous occasions, we were excited to try their new menu, which we had seen on social media.

As always, we ordered two coffee, which were perfectly prepared. Additionally, we decided to try the gluten-free eggs benedict and cured salmon toast. Both dishes were delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. I wouldn't change anything about them. The new menu is incredible, on a whole different level. There's no comparison with other cafes and their previous menu.

The service at Little Mermaid is always perfect. Despite the number of customers, including tables with more than 10 people, the staff was attentive at all times, ensuring our experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

I want to highlight the great work done by the Little Mermaid team. Despite the busy morning, they managed to maintain a cozy atmosphere and impeccable service. We have no complaints; on the contrary, we are eager to go back next weekend and continue exploring the rest of their delicious menu.

Amazing service, easy booking and planning and you get so much for your money with an event here! I had my 30th here over the weekend and John and the team made the whole night seemless and fun! We were able to have the whole place to ourselves, they cater for allergies and made all food fully gluten free for me and because the place is already so beautiful we didn't feel the need to buy extra decoration etc. Can't recommend enough for your next event! Would definitely book here again :)

The Little Mermaid restaurant in Broadbeach is a must-visit for anyone in the area. The light and airy space with well-spaced tables, both indoor and outdoor, create a relaxed and comfortable dining experience. The waiting staff were attentive, continually moving around and keeping busy. Even though the restaurant was only about 70% full it didn’t feel busy. The breakfast burger is a standout dish that is akin to a McDonald's McMuffin but ten times better. The chefs put in extra effort to prepare the avocado and toast, resulting in a beautifully presented dish. Overall, The Little Mermaid is a fantastic destination and definitely worth a visit, earning a rating of 8.5 out of 10.

Sunday Brekky was done right. Little Mermaid is a friendly cosy venue. From walking in and being promptly sat down, we ordered our drinks and decided to order food at the same time. Coffee’s came out quickly and within a minute we had our meals served as well. Coffee was great, food was amazing and the friendly service went hand in hand. The only thing I’d change is having condiments on the table or brought out with food and drinks. Some cushions on the chairs wouldn’t go astray.

First time to Little Mermaid Cafe. Service was great and all the wait staff were friendly and courteous. Given how busy it was our meals arrived in good time. Coffee was awesome and my Chilli Scrambled Eggs were divine. Our party of 10 all enjoyed their meals. I will be back and would definitely recommend this place.

Really cool spot near the Gold Coast, a couple of blocks away from the beach. This feels like a total beach vibe eatery with a pretty good variety of things on the menu. I got the avocado toast and iced mocha and both were pretty excellent. Good service, great smiles!
