If I was a local I would be demanding that Darren be my regular hairdresser and I would actually go regularly instead of (more like) yearly! The team were great and squeezed me in. It was my birthday and I wanted a fresh cut for dinner plans I had that night. The team were lovely wishing my happy birthday and were super accomodating. Darren was wonderful! Best head massage when washing and doing treatment- I almost fell asleep (saved me money because following I decided I didn’t need to get a professional massage done lol) Had such a wholesome conversation with Darren and I loved how he put time and genuine effort into my session with my hair. Darren I wish you all the very best, my fingers and toes are crossed for us to one day get our dream cottages! 🥰 thank you for being a wonderful human being, making me feel like a Queen and giving me a beautiful hair make over that I desperately needed.

Had my hair done today from Darren. What a wonderful experience. Very happy with my cut and colour. Will definitely be going back to see Darren.

Wanted a trim before new years and came here as everywhere else was booked out. Had such a great first experience and loved the wash, massage, hair cut and chats with the friendly staff. Cost was great value and didn’t break the bank. Will be back for future hair cuts! Impressed.

Larissa is amazing and did a fantastic job with my hair. I have a lot of hair and it is very thick but she managed to pull it together.

I’ve had some really bad experiences with past hairdressers, so getting my hair cut usually makes me really nervous. Viki was so communicative and I feel so happy and confident with my haircut for once. Thank you so much!

Grace was an absolute life saver! My daughter went in with matted hair and she willingly helped get all het knots out when I couldn’t. She was the most lovely person, I can’t thank her enough, she went above and beyond for us . Highly recommend hair house and grace for any hair care concerns Xx

Robyn H was such a great help to me. I needed specific advice on hair products and styling tools. She gave me both very detailed advice with no sales pressure and knew all the products very well. I bought one product but will be back again for sure to get some styling tools !

Where do I even begin, the professionalism of your piercer is something that should be heavily commended, I’ve always been skeptical about taking my children to piercers especially at places that aren’t well known for piercings, however after the experience myself my two children and my wife had the other day with your piercer has definitely changed my mind, I’ve never had someone go so Into detail about the cleaning and safety of a piercing the pinpoint precision and ability to make an old non symmetrical piercing symmetrical was phenomenal, we need more piercers like him everywhere! You guys definitely have a good one there!

Darren squeezed me in after following up with an unconfirmed client that was booked in...after that he was able to do my hair sooo grateful he went the extra mile for me as I'm a 1st time customer and will be back because of him 😊

Absolutely amazing service and super friendly people! We came in to ask for a specific product and ended up having complimentary service from one of the extremely helpful team members that eliminated the need to even get the product. Thank you, that was quite unexpected and very much appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for help with their hair care or products.

I’ve recently gotten a digital perm on already processed hair and was having difficulty figuring out how to care for it (naturally straight hair to wavy). Both visits, the two ladies who helped me were so informative and helpful! D helped me in my most recent visit and I’m excited to see how her recommendations go for my hair journey :)

I’d just like to say thank you to your piercer, we stopped in at your Robina store who recommended that we visit your store as the piercer comes highly regarded and I’m so glad they did, my granddaughter got her belly button pierced here and the service and professionalism from him is rare to see in such a young man in these times, from the time we stepped into the piercing room, the thorough explanation of all the do’s and don’t’s, the placement (this was incredible to watch how it turned out) right down to the piercing itself my granddaughter and I were unbelievably shocked at how effortless it was for him and the fact he could do it without it barely even hurting her has us both baffled, I’m not sure how many piercers you guys have across all your stores but that man definitely deserves some kind of praise I cannot thank you and him enough for this experience

Best piercing experience I’ve ever had, the in-depth explanation of aftercare right down to measuring the right spacing of my nostril to see what size ring would fit, has me blown away, is there a way I can pass this feedback directly onto the piercer?

Hairhouse Pac Fair has great customer service! I came in today wanting advice on what products to buy to be able to dye my own hair at home and Lady that helped me was wonderful, she took me step by step through the process and even demonstrated on my hair how to apply the dye. If you ever need help or advice they are the best place to visit!
