Midas Shoes - Pacific Fair

I had a wonderful experience at Midas PF on the Sunday of the Black Friday sales weekend, thanks to a lady named Yolanda (apologies if misspelled). Despite the shopping center being crowded and the shop assistants likely exhausted, Yolanda was incredibly helpful and polite. Shopping for shoes is usually a stressful experience for me, but Yolanda went above and beyond to address my concerns, making the experience enjoyable!

This isn't my first time purchasing from this store, and the service has always been top-notch. However, I want to express my appreciation for this particular experience with Yolanda. Thanks again!

July 2023 went to the Pacific Fair store. The young sales assistant was wonderful; helpful and extremely good at her job. She handled a shop full of people, attending to each person personally and calmly. Highly recommend this store and hoping this sales person is appreciated by the company. Excellent service.

I attended this store today and I was so impressed by the sales assistant Yolanda. The store was full of people yet she managed to help me and my Ma whilst attending to everyone else too. I bought the most gorgeous shoes and they were on sale.

Awesome Store In the new section of Pacific Fair

Went with my wife who luuuuvs Midas. Of course the ones she liked were not on sale.
She bought a nice pair of sandals from a lpvely helpful assistant. Going shopping is fun.

Bought a pair of shoes for my GF on special yesterday 3.8.23.The older lady made me feel unwelcomed.( Not the young lady with a bit of accent) I was re placing the shoes my GF tried to their spots and she commented let's see if he remembers where to put them then asked do you want a Job here? Making it like funny comment but I know if it's just funny comments or a bit of undertones to it. I own 3 separate businesses. High interest rates with retail down, staffs should welcome any customer walking in. I walked into Aquila shoe shop after and the young man welcomed me even though I didn't end up buying anything.what a gem he is. This is for business owners since Pacific Fair is a Flagship store for Qld ideally we have sweet staffs.

One of the shoe assistance was the worst bro deal with very unhelpful. Luckily her employ stepped in.

Received boots today.Purchased online and sent from the Broadbeach store.
Not happy at all. Not boxed correctly, price tag removed from the sole of the right one. Very obviously display stock as that particular boot is way stretched out. If I wanted second hand boots, I would of purchased from Vinnies.
Not acceptable at all!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
walked in on a Wednesday. Two shop assistants were chatting among themselves, DID NOT acknowledge/greet me AT ALL.
Ok I get it they probably were busy. One of them went on to help with one customer and the other one stayed behind the register, still no eye contact/greeting at all.
A young Asian couple came in after me and neither of the shop assistants greet them. There was only one customer (Caucasian lady) trying on maybe 3 pairs of shoes in front her but the shop assistants couldn't be bothered to say How's it going? to me or the young couple walked in after? I smiled at them a couple of times, made eye contact but no response.
Can't figure out if they were arrogant, ignorant or just plain racist??? It was not a big shop, nor were they busy with other customers.

Horrible service. I was not paid attention to. 3 stuff who hides on the back and chat out loud and laughs.
I loved boots. I wanted to but but nowbidy to talk to. Where is the manager? Why this is happening?

Is 10am open time just a guideline? Have been waiting for someone to open the shop for 15 minutes past the open time. Tried calling the store number - no one picks up. Lights in the shop are on. Other people losing patience and walking away. Pretty poor service!!

Staff members extremely rude to customers, repeated chastising of other customers in store during visit.
