Great customer service from staff on the morning of 7/3/24. I was greeted with a smile and had a nice chat with the staff member, who was courteous and friendly.

Simone was sooooo helpful and made my shopping experience great. She was very informative and really friendly. I don’t usually write reviews but the service was so good I just had to. Ps I absolutely love my new Sandals. Thanks again!

I didnt grab her name the tall girl with the tattos and white fringe. I wanted a shoe but it wasn’t in the shop, she sized me into a shoe of similar style and showed me where i can order. She was very helpful

Molly was absolutely amazing! I had an issue with a pair of docs I bought earlier this year she was so kind and helped me out, could not be happier thank you so much for your help :)

The female sales person that served me was extremely helpful, lgbtq friendly (we discussed and I purchased Pride shoelaces and I felt comfortable doing so) and could answer all my questions, she was great at her job. I would definitely come back due to the positive experience I had at this store with your staff being so friendly and informative.

She went out of her way to move display so I could get my wheelchair in, she also found me the perfect alternative to my 1st choice which were not right. And a lovely young woman overall. Thank you Simone I love them.

Never had docs before. After a visit last week (and Purchase) came back again this weekend for a second pair. Comfortable and stylish. Quality is great. Both of the staff members were fantastic. Very friendly, very helpful. Not pushy and very accommodating.

So amazing, service was easily the best part of the store. Natalia was so patient as I was having trouble with my afterpay, and I'm so so happy with the boots after getting it sorted :) Breaking them in has hurt a little but they look so good so I can't complain

Came in on Sunday to check out some shoes, the girl went above and beyond to help me in what I was looking for. Great to see that amazing customer service does still exist! Will be back to Pacfair Doc Martens!

I had excellent service and forgot to ask the name of the girl who answered me. Even though I wouldn't buy at the store, she helped me and brought me different sizes for me to try and know exactly what my correct size to buy online.
