BIG W Pacific Fair

I didn't take any photos of Big W but the photos are from the play area just in front of Big W. Very spacious with lots of options as usual.

The store was well presented, easy to find what we were looking for. The service provided to us by Roman was exceptional. The man deserves a pay rise, in fact, he needs to be promoted to Store Manager.

A huge shout out to Jess & Issac, honestly these two have gone above and beyond. As a senior, I'm not good with technology and they were so very helpful & pleasant. Whilst my issue is still outstanding (I'll be back tomorrow lol) I could not have asked for better service. In an age where folk are so quick to criticise, I feel the world would be a better place if we learn to acknowledge a job well done.

The place to shop. One single place to have access to Coles, Woolsworth, Big W, David Jones, K Mart! Other than the bargain stalls, there are also famous labels. 5 hrs free parking! Yes, you really can spend so much time there!

When i cannot get into robina big w i like to come to this one cause eyeryone goes to robina party supplys less traffic to get in so pacfair usually will have a spare spot to blow up your ballons or anything you forgot for the party plus they have all these cool costumes there that i dont see at robina plus they always give me compliments there its so nice of them i dont why but im not complaining like it will be cause my kids poilte or they will say they like my shirt or something its great

Typical Big W store which is easy to navigate and find what ur looking for in a flash. Convenient and works well for us as a fav dept store as its super close to parking with escalators that lead to woolies and Cole's on the lower level which we are at often.

Went in for me young 5yr Old matey patayteys prezzy.
He knew what he wanted, ran straight to it and brought it to us and we did the easy part and paid for his Lego 😁

Some real bargains here if you shop smart. We bought beach towels here 3 years ago that have been used everyday since for showering etc and they are still great. I think they were $5 each at the time. What a bargain.

I like to shop here versus their competitors. It's well organized and tidy, and the options are better. I always make this store my first option when cost is a priority.

Got some great deals and service

Staff are very helpful and know their stuff. The trolleys are on the left when you walk in the shop. Wish I had more time to browse because it’s so big now. Worth the trip.
