Tried this Thai for the first time and i absolutely loved it I’ll be definitely coming back, the fried rice was delicious and so was the chicken in oyster sauce the service was great aswell I highly recommend trying this Thai restaurant

The food was amazing. Large servings and the price is decent. Free prawn crackers with refill. haha. The ladies were really accommodating and attentive to our needs. Milk tea was 👌🏼Will definitely come back!

Absolutely delicious food! Served in a very timely manner and presented beautifully! Our family ate there and tried numerous dishes. We over ordered and were able to have our remaining food put in containers for take away. Thank you for the lovely food and service. A hidden Thai Restaurant gem on the Gold Coast! We highly recommend this place to anyone on the GC, the food is worth every dollar here! Perfect balance of taste, service, quality and quantity. We ordered Coconut Prawns, Pad Thai Ewe and Crispy Pork wit Ginger Sauce accompanied with rice. Topped with a bottle of wine and we spend less than $100 for an amazing dinner with super friendly and quick service. Next to us was a group with 12 people and literally everyone got their food at the same time.... respect!!! Awesome experience 👏 😁✌ thanks Amphawa Thai Team, we will be back again 😀 👍

Since Jason took over this restaurant in mid 2021, Amphawa has been the best thai restaurant in Australia. That's a huge claim but, as a lover of thai food since the early 80's (40 years!), I know when I'm in the presence of greatness. Everything here is great - super fresh and tasty. And the wait staff are so friendly and helpful.

On Wednesday, we had an amazing meal of cashew nut noodles with duck (see photo 1). It was so good, we were back again tonight (Saturday). This time, we ordered the incredible BBQ chicken (with delicious secret sauce) and coconut rice (see photo 2). And we always order the superb pork dim sims for entree - the freshest, most delicious dim sims on the planet! Plus I always ask for fresh chopped chilli on the side to compliment the main course. These chilli's are amazing! Too hot for almost everyone but I love them!

It's not expensive so we eat here often. Highly recommended. 10 gold stars!! And it's BYO & licensed, with plenty of free parking directly outside. And yes, you do need to drive here (or catch an Uber) because it's off the beaten path, in a location where you wouldn't expect to find the world's best Thai restaurant. But make the effort and you'll be richly rewarded!

Fantastic Thai food and served in a timely manner. Great customer service. Disability friendly. Inside dining and required Covid certificate to dine. They do a great chicken red curry.

The food was absolutely delicious, so much flavours, and they were served so quickly. The best surprise is that they have Thai beer on tap ! This restaurant will be my favourite from now on.

We went for the first time on New Years Eve to this hidden treat. We were seated fast the owner came and sat down next to us and welcomed and explained to us the authenticity of the Thai restaurant. The grow most of their own herbs at home and only buy fresh ingredients daily as they need. The don't use preservatives or MSG in any if their food. You can order anything the way you want as the make it fresh for you. We are vegetarians and ordered spring rolls and Panang Curry along with Green curry. My partner and I were very impressed definitely will be coming back to our new favourite Thai restaurant. We have both travelled and eaten at many Thai places and this is one not to miss.

We had an amazing meal here. The meals were very tasty and presented nicely. I have eaten several times here now and would rate it as one of my favourite Thai restaurants to attend. The service has always been spot on with staff presenting as really friendly and food coming out quickly. Plenty of space between tables and set out nicely. A great place to eat at and highly recommended.

We are visitors to the Goldcoast and met a local friend for lunch. Lovely food and very reasonable price. Goldcoasters should go there!

This place is awesome. Best Thai in the Gold Coast. Try the whole fish deep fried with ginger and garlic. The food here is real Thai. Mike the host will give you amazing service.
