Mimco Pacific Fair

I had a damaged clasp on a bag purchased over a year ago. Took it back to this store and the supervisor who helped me gave a full credit for another bag, despite being out of leathergoods warranty. She couldn't have been more helpful.

I was disappointed in the quality at the time but feel this has been fully redeemed by her fabulous service and I will continue to shop there.

Mimco create beautiful handbags, shoes and accessories. They are the pricier end of the market but they do have good sales every now and then, so you can pick up a bargain. Great quality products. Stunning handbags. The range updates and changes all the time. This store is well set out and the staff are always nice.

Great store great staff great bags. Bit expensive if you want to buy a new bag more than once a year so they are very special bags

Absolutely disgusted and so upset after the rudeness of the sales staff at Mimco PAC Fair. This was my first ever time getting a Mimco bag, and as a mum who never buys nice things for myself I was so excited. I was gifted a bag by my fiancé for Xmas but wanted to exchange for a different colour, I had a gift receipt and everything. It was Boxing Day so super busy, but there were about 8 staff members all standing around the floor twiddling their thumbs. While lined up at the counter a woman with a post it note walked up to me and just stared. After I looked at her confused for a bit she said “uh details?”. I explained that I was sorry, I had never shopped there before and just wanted to exchange my bag for the black version. She walked off and came back with a completely different bag. After saying “sorry that’s not the one I have” and showing her, she rolls her eyes and go’s “no more left”. The girl at the counter then questioned me like a criminal when asking why I wanted an exchange and trying to find me and my partner in the system even though I explained we didn’t have a membership. Like, she was actually pissed at me and spoke to me like I was dumb that I wasn’t any of the people she found in the system. After figuring out I didn’t in fact have a membership and the bag I wanted was sold out she just stares at me like she was confused I hadn’t walked off yet. I asked if I could find out how much the bag was so I could find a similarly priced alternative and she actually bloody sighed at me and said “fine then”. The absolute attitude on this girl made me so angry and deflated like I was just an inconvenience to her and almost had me in tears after I walked out. Ultimately I ended up returning the bag and getting one elsewhere purely because of the sheer rudeness and disgusting attitude of this girl. Will NEVER be shopping here again. If you want to be knocked down a few pegs and made to feel like you aren’t good enough to buy a nice bag, then by all means, shop at Mimco PAC Fair.

I went to the Mimco shop in Pacific Fair in Gold Coast yesterday to get few stuff I saw on line. I was the only customer in the shop but the middle-aged, short, dark hair woman seemingly a senior shop assistant there didn't even try to help or pay attention to me at all. So I walked out and made some purchase online instead. Today I went to the shop again to collect my stuff but I didn't have my ID on me. She said basically No ID, No collecting in a very rude way and completely ignore me after that as if I was invisible. There were other shop assistant as well but non of them even tried to have an eye contact with me at all. I didn't wanna go there again to collect my item so I contacted Mimco Customer service to change my collecting location or get them delivered instead. But the online Customer service was very poor too. They said due to their SYSTEM they couldn't change the location and couldnt get it delivered and also couldn't help me cancel my purchase either. What kinda customer service is that. So disappointing. Now, I'm sending this email to Fair trade Australia. Done with mimco.

I purchase a lot of Mimco and had to return a phone case 1 day after purchase due to the quality of the product I was given. This was at The Pacific Fair, Gold Coast store. I was going to purchase a $200 pair of sunglasses as well but after the customer service, or lack thereof I declined to make the purchase after the rudeness of Ursula, she was even rude to the customer before me. This woman should not be in a customer service role. Unfortunately for Mimco they have now lost a long term customer due to this woman’s poor attitude.

Went in store to make a purchase and was completely ignored by both sales assistants present. I literally stood with items in my hands next to an assistant who didn't even look up to see if I needed help. Very poor customer service.

I love mimco jewellery but the staff here are so unhelpful and rude. I was the only one in the shop and they were so slow, reluctant to help, didn’t make any suggestions…a really unpleasant experience!!!!
I’ll shop in the other stores from now on!
