Ordered a hardware bag and a snare bag on the Monday. Riffs & Licks delivered both, from Gold Coast Queensland to West Melbourne, within three days, one from their store and one direct from a supplier.

As a result I had everything in place a day early for a Friday live show. Superb service.

I corresponded with Belinda and Robbie, who were both excellent. I should extend that thanks to everyone involved in the supply chain.

Will definitely check in with this team for any additional percussion equipment.

I had a strange situation whereby someone else ordered a guitar on my behalf. Whilst it was an excellent brand and model, I felt uncomfortable. Riffs and Licks were very understandable and cancelled the sale immediately. Their range and prices are very competitive and their service top notch. I have bookmarked them for future purchases.

The Staff are a great bunch of guys. Nothing is a drama and they are actually, genuinely great fellas..... my teenage son has been attending Riffs and Licks for the last couple of years and the staff are awesome with Smythy and myself. The prices are really competitive and Chris is a legend when it comes to servicing the little man's guitars.
Couldn't recommend the place high enough and this store sets the gold standard.....

Very personalised service over the phone (I bought a guitar sent to Adelaide). They used StarTrack Express which got here in 1 1/2 days! Much better than dodgy couriers... Will be using them again! Thank you!

What a fantastic family store! Super fast postage and even the little note to tell us they popped the picks in the top pocket of the guitar case so we could find them was awesome. Will definitely shop from these guys over and over again 😁

Saw a guitar I wanted, emailed my interest, they got back to me promptly, ordered the item in, txted and called me once it arrived and gave me the option of another guitar if I changed my mind.

I went in looking for a 5 string bass. Asked the dude for two off the wrack. Then he left me alone for about half an hour to trial these two in a sound both. I settled on the one that felt right and I love it! Took it to the counter and asked the dude for the price. He gave me the sale price which was already heavily discounted. Me being a tight arse, asked for a better deal for cash. He didn't even flinch and have me the cash price I wanted. I handed over a stack of cash which I thought was the price. Then old mate went and got the case the bass comes with while his mate behind the counter counted the cash. I wasn't paying any attention. Then the guy counting the money says he's checked twice and it looks like I have him $50, too much! He could've just easily pocketed the money and I wouldn't have had a clue.

So, overall, this place is excellent co's:

1. I got left alone with everything I needed to make my choice.

2. No pressure from the sales staff at any stage.

3. I got the best discount I was after before they even new I had spent a lot of money in there about 4 months prior.

4. The service was excellent and frankly surprising. Old mate went over and above for me.

5. Honest, honest, honest. Old Matt could kept the cash but he was straight up, HONEST!!

As a result, I'll always shop here first when making substantial purchases in future.

First of all, I must start from the price.
- The price is cheaper than anywhere else.
As for the matter of delivery.
- Fast and safe Looking at the package, there are no scratches from being hit. That’ll make me give it five stars.

I've bought a few things from Riffs and Licks the last few years, all guitar based. Every time the staff are so friendly and helpful, and there are so many beautiful instruments hanging on the walls. Even just window shopping is fun.
