I ordered my wedding cake through here and I must say AMAZING!!! The cake was exactly what I wanted from the photos I had as examples and not to mention how friggin good it tasted!!! All my guests at the wedding couldn't get enough of it! Thank you so much for making my dream wedding cake!

I first used Exquisite Cakes for our daughter's 1st Birthday in October and was beyond impressed. To say that I was happy would be an understatement. It not only looked amazing but was beyond expectation and everyone complimented on how delicious it tasted! From design to delivery the entire process was so simple and faultless.
I again contacted the company for our son's 4th birthday in December. The service I have received has been excellent and Kaitlyn has been a please sure to deal with.

This beautiful cake was executed by Exquisite Cakes for my son's 21st this weekend. I shared a picture with them of what I wanted and from there on the team were extremely helpful in helping us finalise the design, suggesting changes, what would work/what not, selecting the flavours etc! They even did the gorgeous cake topper from another picture I shared with them. I was going to buy a cardboard one from a generic website, but the team advised they could do it in acrylic AND to match the cake measurement, which was fantastic! We chose the Lime & Coconut flavour - and it tasted divine!

The service was great from day one, from taste testing all the way to the wedding reception! Having had to postpone our wedding a whole year (thanks to Covid) they were still on top of it all closer to the time! Exquisite cakes were very reassuring and great communicators throughout. So impressed by their fine details on the cake, absolutely beautiful work! The cake toppers were exactly what we wanted! It looked amazing, as complimented by our guests, and the tastes were delicious! 3 tiers - caramel, chocolate and mango&passionfruit.

Alannah did such a perfect job of our wedding cake! After being disappointed by other suppliers, Exquisite Cakes was the only place we could get a traditional fruit cake made and the final result was just incredible. She even helped us by pre-packaging slices to send to my family overseas, her customer service was amazing. Couldn't be happier, definitely check them out for your next cake purchase!

My husband and I had a lovely time trying cakes here with my mother-in-law. The coffee was great and Alannah, our consultant, was very patient, helped us figure out what would be a good-sized cake, gave us stylistic advice, and even let us send her a vector image of our wedding cake topper (my husband and I ended up making our own - we really enjoy graphic design!) We were also very impressed that the gluten free mango passionfruit cake we ended up choosing was very moist. It was delicious and refreshingly nontraditional.
The leftover cake was frozen the day of our wedding and when we defrosted it a year later, it was still amazing! Thank you, Exquisite Cakes, for such a wonderful cake that all of our guests could enjoy!

Exquisite cakes did a great job with my wedding cake this July. I found the look I wanted online and the actual cake looked so much better! We had chocolate and lime/coconut mud cake and it was absolutely delicious. We placed the order a little last second (few months) before the wedding but the level of service we received and the delivery was fantastic. We’ve also compared the prices between a few places and this bakery was by far the most skilled, attentive and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

What an amazing experience this was. On shortish notice and in difficult and trying times Alannah delivered in every way possible. From designing the cake to delivering the tasty finished product. Congratulations your passion, commitment, talent and drive are exceptional. It was an absolute pleasure and delight dealing with you and your team. I'll be back for sure. Not only did the cake look good it tasted delicious. On your suggestion I ordered the lime and coconut. It was so popular I only got a few morsels as I was cutting it up. It's rare to see a cake demolished so quickly and punterscoming back to ask for more. You deserve the 5 stars.

Beautiful coffee and friendly staff, and we are always made to feel welcome. In fact, on one of our visits we asked about their wedding cakes and placed the order with them and as you can see below it was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend them as the cake greatly exceeded our expectations !

I'm a very happy return customer and these delicious works of art have delighted both me and my children over the years. The mouth-watering creations are almost too good to eat. I will never forget the look on my daughter's face when she first laid eyes on her unicorn birthday cake, with it's glittering horn, 2 years ago or my son when he saw his Thomas the Tank Engine cake last year. I'm back again for a Pirate cake and know I won't be disaapointed.

Just had my wedding over the weekend. Cake was beautiful and tasted amazing! Alannah and her team were so accommodating!! When our original wedding date fell through due to flooding 24 hours before, we called them with the bad news. As our cake was baked but not iced, they said not to worry and transferred to our new date with no issues. They have been so easy to deal with. Can honestly recommend for any event and wedding!!!!

I never write reviews but felt I need to due to some negative reviews this place has from likely ‘difficult and never going to please people’.
I went into the store 2 weeks ago with a design for the cake o wanted for my daughters birthday. Within 15mins we had completed to process with amazing customer service and advice
On the day we went to collect the cake, upon inspection a bow had broken (due to the weather and not craftsmanship so its. O ones fault).
We spoke to the owners who went out of their way to fix it, give us options so it wouldn’t happen again and then they home delivered it to us (nearly 1hr) away.
This far exceeded our expectations.
Fast forward to the eating of the cake. Every other cake I’ve eaten that has been professionally made, looks great but I’ve never liked the taste, usually having dry cake with chewy thick fondant.. This cake was one of the best I have EVER eaten. It was a major hit with our guests and only a small bit remains (and we even ordered doubled to size compared to the guests).
Tomorrow I am picking up my christening cake and I absolutely look forward to trying it. This cakes may have made me out on a extra few kgs but it’s all worth it....
