Nick Scali Clearance Outlet

Had a fantastic experience in this shop with two lovely workers on the 9/1/24. They were considerate, kind and cheerful compared to many of the other shops we had been to. The products they stock are in next to new condition and at very reasonable prices in comparison to the Nick Scali store. I am very happy with my purchase, delivered in less than a week. We will be back! :)

You would be better off going to the main store in the same complex just a few shops away. Limited stock and frankly speaking was scratching my head why this store is needed when there is a main store in the same complex.

Absolutely useless customer service!

Visited there NS Clearance at Castle Hill, there was a sign at the door saying “back in 5 mins”, we waited 25mins (whilst visiting other stores inbetween).

Walked over to their main store 20 meters up and saw the entire team (main and clearance) sitting and eating pizza, with the main door locked.

I stood at the door to get their attention and the staff member (with food in her mouth) expressed the store is closed to “flooding” - even though every store in that complex was open and operating normally.

The whole team rushed up and the manager of the clearance store ran over and said “I’ll open the store just for you”

He opened the store then disappeared…
